The location was perfect about 3 mins away from the civic center, walking distance to different restaurants and bars. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room was big and comfortable, I really appreciated the fact that we could crack open the windows as opposed to most hotels it is not an option. Everything was absolutely spotless. Loved the bar and grill downstairs, great food and cocktails. Shout out to Bernardo for his awesome customer service! All in all we had an amazing trip, will definitely be staying here again if we're ever back in San Jose.

The shower door kept slowly opening. Could not turn the A.c down past 65 and if was hot. Just these 2 minor things.

Wonderful cleanliness, comfortable and spacious room, wonderful service, the location is great and next door there are several options of places to eat, from breakfast to dinners.. the pool is amazing and the lobby bar is a charm. I forgot my ID at the hotel and the staff promptly helped me with the return. Special thanks to Emilio from the frontdesk.

The items for bathing in the bathroom are small and with little quantity.

the room and the public spaces were exceptional, roomy and well decorated. Restaurants and the bar were cosy and the staff at the breakfast room, the best ever.

the windows didnt open in our room. considering that it is unhealthy not to have a little fresh air in the room. there is a system that someone can open at least a little bit the room, i think that the management should consider it.

Immediate response to all our service queries including an issue with the safe. The staff were fantastic. Now my favorite hotel in Silicon valley!

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants. Our kids enjoyed the pool even though it was a little chilly. Room was quiet.

Parking was a bit of a hassle. Valet staff were great, but it would be nice to have faster access to our car.

It was overall just a very nice comfortable room. I thought the bathrooms were excellent. And my view was a bonus.

If I said there was something I didn't like then I would just be nitpicking. A hotel room is a hotel room in the long run.

The location is good, the rooms are very clean, as well as the general hotel.

I didn't like that the pool closed either at 7 pm or 8 pm. I can't remember, but having a pool is always a big plus, and that seemed a little early.

I thought the room as a great space. Due to it being Handicap we had both shower and tub. The shower bench did detach at the base the screws were left in the shower for repair. South tower room 892

The phone did not work and had the room number 893 on it.

Breakfast was excellent. Decor was modern & comfortable.

Each bathroom had a HUGE defect. The showers were not sealed & leaked all over the floor.
