The location to my son's house ( he attends Cal Poly) was within walking distance as well as walking distance to food and drinks. Our room was amazing. And the lady working the front desk when we arrived was friendly, helpful...overall she was just wonderful! The price ( which was great) was worth it!

The only issue we had, was that the outlets in the bathroom did not work. We made due and let the front desk know when we left.

No breakfast just muffins. What was disappointing is that my deposit was not returned by this place when they told me it was it wasn't I called back I was told 30 days at maximum but managers have not returned the deposit and although having recollection they still have not produced the deposit

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The 2 bedroom with 1 King and 2 Queen beds was perfect for our needs. The location was really good for us to go to Pismo Beach.

The floors should have been cleaner. Extra TP at least one roll and Kleenex. There were 2 lights in the bathroom and only one worked. There was no screen on the bathroom window so I didn't feel I could leave it open.

Nice room.

TV did not work. Disconnected service. Called the front desk. They could not help. Have asked for a partial refund. Also, a small swarm of flying bugs in the sink in the morning. Was able to kill all of them. Alerted the front desk. Most expensive room in the hotel. This should not happen!

The staff did everything in their hands to accommodate us the best! Upon getting to the hotel there was a mix up on the rooms which she gladly fixed for us! As I returned home and unpacked I realized I was missing my wallet with all my important documents. I was so upset thinking I would never see it again. I called them and asked if they found anything and they said they would take a second look and shortly they found it! They manager took it down to the UPS store and now it’s on its way back to me! Can’t thank this place enough for all the great accommodations. They go above and beyond!

Room was large and quite. Beds were comfortable.

Toilet had Hair(S) on it. So we had our doubts it was clean. Only 20 sheets of toilet paper left on roll. No extra roll. Could not call front desk as phone did NOT WORK. So made my husband walk up to office to get a roll toilet paper. We were in the far building. Breakfast was package pastry and coffee only. I don't drink coffee. Only one person in our party drinks coffee. Other hotels figured out ways to still offer decent breakfast.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Loved the pool, it was so fun. The room was perfect

I was able to check in via phone when I wasn't sure I would make it in time. I Spoke with Vanessa who was always pleasant and charming. When ever I needed anything she was there to provide.

I understand the need to reduce daily linen changes due to water issues in the state. Especially with long (one week plus stays). What we did need was daily replacement of the soap, shampoo & conditioner and lotion.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave, everything we needed.

I was worried about all the negative reviews. There were a few cosmetic problems but nothing that would make me uncomfortable. The breakfast was packaged pastry and coffee/tea.

Front desk personal and staff were the friendlyest staff & kindest we ever experienced
