We booked the larger room by the entrance. Large, modern and almost private, with no noise from other guests. The room was clean and was newly renovated. The location was great - supermarket and restaurants nearby, walking distance to town.

Traffic noise as near the road. WiFi was out for 2 days. Unable to contact the hotel by phone, email or booking.com messaging prior to arrival. No kettle or tea/coffee making, but we brought our own.

FRSThe family who own the Inn are the warmest, kindest, most helpful people. The property is exquisite, with blooming rose bushes, succulents and it is pristine clean. The rooms are incredible. So comfortable, tasteful and have every possible need covered. A vanity mirror and counter, a chest of drawers, cold frig, freezer and microwave, a suitcase closet with ironing board and iron, heavenly beds and pillows, a table and chairs, and convenient outlets throughout. The bathrooms are gleaming, large, with high pressure showers and lots of soaps and shampoo conditioner. There are 5 lights and a huge fan. The tvs are huge and new. There's a large balcony to see the mountains. The parking is good and wifi. Its right next to a healthy Cafe and famous hot dog place who have everything delicious at affordable prices. And its 5 minutes from French and Sierra Vista Hospitals. I can't praise them enough or thank the family enough. My fiance was in critical condition and they asked after him over the four days and were so happy he healed. I cannot wait to go back. This Inn is 5 star all the way!!!

The accommodation was quite clean and quiet with a microwave and fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good close to a major grocery store on Johnson street and a nice walk to Downtown SAN Luis.

The internet was spotty and the rom was on the cool side for this time of year. An extra blanket or two in the room would make a difference.

I got the opportunity to sleep in one of the recently renewed rooms. It was clean, very comfortable and roomy. Even when the temperatura outside reached 100, the AC saved me from the worst. The personnel was very helpful and attentive.

The WiFi signal was very weak in my room.

Newly updated bathroom. Lovely and spacious.Very clean room, staff on-site and accommodating. Great location. Great value. We will definitely return!

Just a suggestion: The bathroom could use some wall hooks for towels or necessities.

The location was amazing, everything was really close. Restaurants, groceries stores, shopping, the downtown area and things to do in the area

The wifi was not available in my room, it was a bit far from the router

There was not coffee pot in the room but our hosts provided one when we requested it.

Everything was amazing! It is a family run business and they put a lot of work into making the entire stay very enjoyable. The rooms are all equipped with microwaves and mini fridges, they have shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels that can be changed everyday. They have a little dining table and television. My boyfriend and I were hoping for a very cheap stay with just the bare minimum, as a bed and shower, because we did not plan on spending a lot of time inside the inn, but this exceeded our expectations. They made it feel like less of a motel/inn and more of a quality hotel experience for the price of a motel. Have gone back twice!

Los Padres Inn is an older property but it is well maintained. Being older means that it is located closer to downtown. It's a smaller motel so not so much coming and going--Quiet!

Nothing stands out. It exceeded our expectations.

Came early and nice gentlemen at the desk helped me book early. Also the property was motorcycle friendly and allowed me to park my ADV motorcycle right under my room.

The room is a little dated and could use an update but for the price it was a great deal
