Great breakfast - lots of lovely options!! Really clean and staff were very attentive and helpful in the breakfast area. The room was great for a family of four and it was all really clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable.

Single use plastic!!! Individual cutlery/cups in the bedroom single use plastic and everything wrapped in plastic bags. Such a shame to see so much single use plastic especially in an environment where they are trying to preserve the ocean and the natural wildlife. Very shocking!!

The staff was amazing especially Jose. Such a welcoming funny person. We got free cookies upon arrival. The room was modern und spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower had the right pressure. Next morning was a breakfast buffet with everything you need ( scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, different juices, bread, cupcakes etc). We got offered to leave our luggage safely with them when we checked out because we had some time to spend on the City before our departure. When we left we even got offered bottled water for free for our way.

We liked the town and the location of the hotel. Check-in was smooth. Staff was friendly:-) We were surprised by the choice of complimentary breakfast! For a change not only muffins or bars at breakfast buffet : -) but tasty(!) coffee, scrambled eggs, flakes, bread, butter, jam, Philadelphia cheese, fruit… 👍 Room was comfortable and clean. So did beds👍

Pool size and area near it. No shelter/shade, no plants… Really poor comparing to other Inn’s on the same or nearby streets

The staff was exceptional especially the housekeeping crew. It was difficult with the property under remodeling not having the room there usually is. But everyone was helpful, cheerful, and pleasant I’m amazed they did such a nice breakfast in the space there is, but it all worked. It is an established facility but it is being kept up to date in the areas that count - comfy beds, two styles of pillow, and nice hours for breakfast. Loved it was to 10:00 am. Thank you.

Walking through the sink area of the bathroom to get to the room but it was efficient. Hated having the night light around the wall switch at the sink. Would have liked a towel rack in the bath area since housekeeping is not done as frequently as it used to be. And why is a code needed to get ice? Silly.

The highlight of the stay was the service Michael and Samantha gave. They were the breakfast room attendants. They ran it like they owned it. They were courteous to the guests and didn't let anything dirty wait around. They were constantly topping off the breakfast items, cleaning tables and smiling at the guests. Best breakfast experience ever. The other staff at the property were courteous, friendly and approachable too.

They're only getting better! They were in the process of a major renovation; so lots of construction going on and construction materials laying about. Our room was comfortable and the bed was heavenly.

The location was great; a couple blocks from the pier, it was great to walk down and watch the sunrise and enjoy the pier

We were in a room with 3 queen beds, which was very convenient for having a party if 6 including 1 member in a wheelchair, and there was only 1 bathroom. It was a little in convenient but not a big deal all in all; for the price it was excellent and I would stay there again in a heartbeat; staff was very very sweet and professional and very accommodating!! Super!!

They have a wonderful breakfast, the staff and manager were exceptionally friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and the hotel is less then a block from the beach with a nice park directly across the street.

They were still waiting on permit so the pool and spa were not finished and there was no ocean view available but that couldn't be avoided.

I loved the location, the room was cozy and the breakfast was really a breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruits, cereal and cakes. saved us a lot of time and money. would stay here again. love, love, love

The breakfast was excellent in variety for all age group! I was impressed by the yummy pastries and the coffee maker! Staff were friendly and helpful!

I didn’t like the toilet paper choice! It was rough and easily breakable. Water from the machine had a funny taste to me ( maybe just my taste).

Great, spacious room. Clean. Good breakfast. Good location.

Toilet was blocked and we had to repair it ourselves in the evening. No staff willing to use the pump. Breakfast was served by using provisory paper plates, cups, etc. So much trash because of that. But I guess that's in most motels in California.
