The property is beautiful and so much you can do there. Don't forget your tennis rackets because they have courts as well as for pickle ball. We enjoyed the family movie night by the fire pit and smores night with the family. Don't miss out on the sauna and steam room and a more private hot tub in the fitness center. Make reservations at the restaurant because they fill up fast. Monterey Bay aquarium was only 45 mins away and if you need to do any quick shopping the Capitola shopping center is only one freeway exit away.

Small fountain area had benches that were falling apart and not safe to sit on. The reception desk person was very dismissive, when I asked about the coffee in the lobby area. Rooms should have had a microwave oven.

Inviting atmosphere, lovely staff, breath taking views!!! Very do able for partnership or family adventures, a MOST DEFF MUST SEE!!! If visiting the Santa Cruz Area. Not to mention BONUS feature, the pool is open until 11pm and it's extremely warm. A++++

There on Mother's Day. The pool time was great ! The kids really enjoyed it ! We had an amazing dinner that evening at The View restaurant. The place was very busy . The staff was amazing. Everybody working so hard, but looked like they enjoyed there jobs and were beyond accommodating. The food was perfectly cooked and tasty! Can't wait to return

The location was amazing and the suites were spacious. Loved the hiking trails right off the property. Hope to definitely come back.

The entire staff at the restaurant and bar seemed pretty snotty. I couldn’t even get a greeting or acknowledgment of my presence. Everyone from the manager to the bartender which sucked because Santa Cruz is supposed to be chill, kool vibes. Will come back but not to the restaurant;)

Loved the setting the staff at check-in, restaurant and bar area were fantastic. We got a massage and didn't understand we needed to be there before the scheduled time. The front desk person said your massage time has started. I felt tense and almost wanted to leave. The massage was good I am glad we had them. I didn't like that prices were still high even though pool and spa were closed down. We were there for my daughters birthday and we had an amazing time. Overall we lived it and will be back.

No couch in room!! When ordered food to go took an hour to get fries!!! Way too many kids in pool.

The room is nice with the balcony. Nice view of the restaurant. Fitness is great with most of the needed equipments for the exercise. The service of hotel reception and the restaurant is the best.

The room is nice with the balcony; however, not much of privacy for my expectation. I stayed on the first floor which I heard people walking on the upper floor during the middle of the night that woke me up 3-4 times.

Tennis Courts Proximity to places to eat and Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Mystery Spot, Roaring Camp and beautiful beaches and the redwoods. Comfortable beds, nice size room for 3 adults.

That no one could fo anything about the small dog that wax barking every morning.

the property was beautiful. I only had issue with the availability of the Spa. The receptionist told me to go online and make an appt. Main issue was the availability of water. There were two 20oz bottles of water in the fridge withbtags on them that said they would be chatged for the room if opened. I went to the restaurant to get wayer where it was free. Other than that, it was a beautiful location and staff was good.
