The double room we got was very clean. We stayed 3 nights. Each time we got back in the evening after touring and exploring, our beds were already tidied up, plates and other utensils cleaned and new towels placed. Additional soap bars placed in the bathroom even without us asking. There are restaurants pretty close by. Good food. Good price. It's close enough to the beaches.

The swimming pool is clean but not heated. The parking spaces are tight. We have an SUV, so it's tricky to park, but manageable as long as the other cars are parked within the lines. The bed is not very comfortable.

Perfect location for accessing all the fun activities in Santa Cruz! Jane is such a sweet lady! She is so friendly and takes the time to walk the property with you and explain what all is around to do. She truly cares about her guests stay and their comfort. The hotel is a cute little vintage motel stay, very clean rooms with a “comfort of home” feel. We will definitely be back!

This cozy motel was awesome. Take a short walk right to the ocean. We loved it had a complete kitchen with stove and dishes. The pool area had a barbecue we used for some mores one night. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the towels fluffy. The beds were so comfy too.

The shower was a bit small with a tiny spout.

The motel rooms are very close to the parking lot, so people going in and out at all times of the day is noisy. There is no air conditioning. There wasn't a screen on the kitchen window, so we couldn't open it. The shower head was awful and truly needs to be replaced.

I don’t like to even write this because I don’t want anyone else to know about this gem. But i wont stay anywhere else in Santa Cruz. Ive been staying there for 30 years. The recent upgrades really vamped the place up. Thank you Jane for always being the best host.

There is nothing not good that i can say.

Such a wonderful place! Location was amazing walking distance to beach, Starbucks, a couple places to eat and dollar tree etc. the room was big and had a kitchen and big closet Everyone there was super kind and friendly Great pool area with fun stuff for kids! This is our new Santa Cruz spot! Thank you Jane!

We loved the room, the view, the location. My daughter loved the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen was very convenient for preparing meals.

Close to a small beach. Very friendly office manager, Jane. Pet-friendly place. Has a nice pool. Overall a clean hotel.

Can't think of anything I disliked. For the price, I got a lot more than I had expected. The fridge could have had a better freezer :-)

It was super close to the beach & the room was like a mini house.

Our mattress wasn’t the best it kinda sank in but we still slept fine.

Older style hotel with very comfortable beds and pillows. Close to the beach Jane is very nice and was of great assistance when I had to leave a day early Thank you Jane
