The staff, Especially Craig & Ryan the door men/porters. I've stopped at the hotel a few times over the last year and they remember your name and are very helpful and polite and are a credit to your hotel. Also the bar staff are also very friendly and polite as well as remembering us. Also reception staff were great too. Would you please thank them as they deserve credit.

There isn't really anything to point out regarding dislikes. When i stopped there in January i did question the housekeeping only cleaning the room every 3 or 4 days which i believe is too long but on arrival this time i asked if it could be done every two days and you replied no problem and did which was perfect! Me personally think that is a small issue that can be rectified as no one wants to come back to the room with waste bins full and smelling as well as an unmade bed. Again not a big problem just makes a better impression for the guests.

Salmon was on the dinner menu and when I asked what kind of salmon it was (if it was sockeye) I was told it was Atlantic farmed salmon which was disappointing since on the menu and website it was promoting proudly that they are farm to table and supporting local/California food sources but obviously not. The pacific coast has the best fish in the country with some of the best seafood from Alaska but this hotel brings in farm raised fish from 3000 miles away! Sad!

The bed was SO comfortable! I am usually miserable in hotel beds and was dreading a 3 night stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised and made a mental note to remember this specific hotel for that reason! Our room had a large terrace overlooking the pool, but because of the heatwave, we spent our time inside the room with AC blasting. Room service/restaurant were limited, but there was a 24 hour market near the front desk with snacks and essentials. Location was convenient, and walking distance to a large shopping center and restaurants. Hotel was quiet and clean.

The restaurant felt a little limited with choices and closed around 9 or 10 pm. We had dinner the night we arrived, and the food was OK. There is a full bar, however, no cocktail menu. So, if you're like me and always looking for new and fun cocktails, this isn't the place. The bartender was very friendly though, and did her best to make us good drinks. They currently don't have Room Service, but do have a limited 'food to your room' type thing, however the extra fees turned us off to that. Parking was convenient and close, but cost $15/day and wasn't in any way secure or private to the hotel. So that was kind of disappointing. But overall, I'm much more pleased than disappointed!

A modern and comfortable hotel. Great size rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The pool area was large with plenty of facilities (plus, no need to walk through reception to get to/from the pool, which is always welcome!). There's a great shopping mall with plenty of restaurants a few minutes walk away. Located in a beautiful part of California, close to freeways (but not too close), malls, restaurants and Six Flags. We'd happily stay here again.

Nothing, we couldn't fault anything with the property.

We had a GREAT time. We had food and drinks. We do this twice a year with friends and will continue because the staff and services are great. I 'd like to give special recognition to Jeremy who checked us in. He is very personable. Has a very upbeat disposition and fantastic smile. He was very helpful as well. THANK YOU, JEREMY,!

All staff were excellent . Restaurant and food and food pricing, very good.

The in room coffee was without flavored creamers and what was the mystery flavorless powered WHITNER ? It was labeled Whitner. $3.50 a bottle for drinking water ?? Our group (aprox. 150 , in the evening} probably spent $ thousands $ on rooms and dance accommodations , catered food service and open bar. $3.50 for drink water??? Lastly, the TV lineup .no soft & easy , relaxation , sea shore , babbleing brook , etherial sounds ? Lots of news ,sports ,sales and hype. I'm there to unwind & enjoy & fall asleep.

The property was very clean. Location was fantastic for Six Flags Parks. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time we do Six Flags Magic Mountain.

My only suggestion is to fix the shower door. The water leaks out when showering and we had to mop up the water each time. Room 616

Check in was good. Breakfast was excellent and Antonia (wait staff) was friendly and remembered us . We remembered her from our stay last year and she is delightful and very good at her job. Room was quiet and clean.

We don't have any complaints. Service was also good in the bar area when we had a late evening snack after visiting family.

Hotel, is in an excellent location, rooms are great size and bed is comfy. Breakfast was good, but be early as service is a little slow and avoid the added salt Buffet breakfast was good but was only available at the weekend when we stayed there Pool and outside space was good

Service at the restaurant was slow Restaurant is empty in the evening, plenty of other options over the road Car parking could be free

Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Location was perfectly located for our needs.

The lighting in the room was very dim. Not enough lights and the ones there used low wattage bulbs. The bathroom was awesome. The digital clock in the mirror was cool and I sincerely appreciated the additional makeup mirror. The hair dryer was on it’s last legs and didn’t get very hot. I use the same brand so I know.
