Overall this place was wonderful. The service was phenomenal, the location was great, and it was clean. It was definitely showing signs of wear and tear but it was very clean - things are just older- however I do think they are renovating so that will likely be spruced up soon. We had a view of a courtyard which was just ok, I was hoping for a lake view but to be honest it didn’t look like more then a handful of rooms would have had any view of the lake. The location is very close to the marina- however there isn’t really a public beach nearby so plan to drive a little. My only complaint is the parking… its awful and if it fills up you park across the street which is especially frustrating when it’s raining. Other then the frustrations with parking we have no complaints and would definitely stay here again

Convenient location to a few stores and food places. The beds were comfortable. Selected a room with a full kitchen, which cut down on going out for all meals. The activity center was a highlight for my kids, as well as the game room upstairs. With all the snowfall, we still found ways to be entertained.

The rooms are definitely outdated. Cabinets were misaligned and off hinges. The kitchen sink faucet was misinstalled, so it made for a few days of getting used to its functionality. The carpet was coming up in places. Dining chairs were not for the table in the room, so sitting on our legs folded under was the best option for more height. Nothing made or break the trip, but some easy fixes to make it better for sure.

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance to many restaurants and the water. The happy hour prices were fair. The room size and amenities were great.

The parking situation was frustrating as the lot on property was full every night upon our return. There were renovations going on, so hallway floors were lined with protective covering which made things feel like you were in a construction area.

The hotel was well located and had comfortable beds. The kitchenette had everything we needed but was very small. They bath was large and the hot water was excellent. We liked the pool, hot tub and sauna. There was good food walking distance--Chipotle, Panda Express, Goodfellas Pizza, and Whole Foods or Safeway a long walk away. The parking was across the street which wasn't that convenient, but it WAS covered parking which was good with all the snowstorms.

The studio was really small. It had bizarre uncomfortable wooden chairs which were too low for the chipped table. No desk. No sitting chair. It made doing any work really hard. Basically we liked the hotel except it just seems too large for us. Our room was a really long walk from anything. It was a winter break week for families and it was just a constant stream of people and kids and families trying to use the pool and hot tub. Hallways were really loud. We would maybe stay here in a different room at a different time of year. We skied at Sierra at Tahoe and there is no longer any shuttle there.

I thought the staff were very friendly, helpful, happy to be there and accommodating.

What I felt was quite difficult to deal with was the lack of water pressure in our room. Awful ! We were basically unable to take showers the whole week we were there. The water literally trickled out. We ended up washing our hair in the sinks and had to waste so much water waiting for the shower to wash off the soap on our bodies. This was enough for us to choose to not stay there again. Difficult to use the lake and water toys and not be able to wash off the sand, sunscreen and lake for the day.

The room was awesome! We were able to buy groceries and prepare our own meals with the kitchen provided. The separate room and pull out couch in the living room was perfect for a family of four. The indoor pool and spa was perfect. The floor we were on had free dryers to dry wet clothes from the snow. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and attentive. The lake was right behind our Hotel that was amazing! The shuttle drivers to our vehicle were really kind.

Off site parking.

It was very close to the lake and a water sport area. There’s shopping and food within walking/scooter distance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We also enjoyed having a kitchen in our suite.

There is no parking on the premises for regular guests. Which is incredibly inconvenient if you’ve brought groceries or have to haul things up to the room.

Great resort!. Location is great. Minutes away from downtown and heavenly. The Rooms were very nice & clean, and the bar & restaurant was great. Very family-friendly and located within walking distance to the lake and some nice small shops across the street. The bar is a good spot to watch any game and the restaurant has decent food, a little pricy but not bad. The pool is indoor and outdoor and heated as well. It's fun to have a snow ball fight during the winter while swimming! We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, and our two-bedroom suite was very nice. Kitchen was well-equipped with quality appliances, and the gentle close cabinets were nice. Facing Intermittent issues with wifi connectivity. All in all, I really do love this place and will be back many more times to come. Great place!!

Intermittent connectivity issue with report WIFI connectivity.

We ate at the restaurant over Memorial day weekend and liked it so much we ended up booking a night. The server/bartender was the same both times and this was wonderful. Room was clean, common areas including the pool area needed a little touch up. Pool tiles definitely need a scrub.

I arrived with 2 kids (5 and 6) on my own. Parking across the street was a little tough. I was told to use a code but in actuality needed to use my key card. I then had to meet up with my husband later to give him a key card and pass so he could get in the gate to park too. Just lead to a lot of trips from the room to the driveway or across the street with the kids in tow.

Loved having a full kitchen and that there was an affordable bar menu for food at the pool. Everything we needed was there. Easy trip with kids for a single Mom. Didn't need to leave the property unless we wanted to.

Since there are no cleaning services due to COVID, it would be nice go have a broom and dust pan in the room. I borrowed one from the housekeeper, but it would be nice to have in the room, especially for families. I was walking on cheerios and food crumbs. Also, the bathroom sinks are too high for small children. I asked the front desk for a stool, but they didn't have one. We had to push a dining chair into the bathroom, so that my daughter could wash her hands on her own. A minor inconvenience, but it would be nice to have some available.
