The room was nice and I'm glad they accept my fur baby, I had a good time and location was good. It had shops near and the entrance to the lake was less then 5 min walk,

The only thing I'm not happy about its the view, I thought it would be a better room with a view but no, I could barely see the lake, plus the window facing at the lake it was in the parking lot of another hotel it wasn't what I was expecting.

Awesome location, staff is great and Anna the owner is just wonderful! She's super friendly and very helpful! Hotel is right next to CVS, the beach, Tahoe wellness center, tons of restaurants and grocery stores right there! Great views of the lake from the rooms on the second floor.

If I had to say anything, I guess they could update their wifi router..I usually works but cuts in and out now and then and can be a little iffy..I guess the only other thing is some of the rooms they have renovated and put hard wood floors in..I hope they do that for the rest of the rooms too. :)

great place to stay when you are in Tahoe. It is centrally located and rooms are in pretty good condition. Staff was also nice and helping. Overall its value for money.

Lots of parking. View room had low noise level. Easy checkin n out. Air conditioning worked well.

Small room for price. Bedding had holes n were somewhat dirty. TV was had horrible, couldn't watch due to blurry view. No lamp on otherside of bed.

great location for beach access and walking distance to restaurants, coffee and grocery stores.

under new ownership and doing a slow remodel. our fridge didn’t work, towels not in the room, and extra towels were a no go only two per room.:/

Exceptional friendly staff with a commitment to making our stay comfortable. Rooms were spotless, and well-maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable as well.

It was my first time at this property and the experience was amazing. Check - In was smooth and the process didn't take long either. Staff was nice and welcoming

Location was perfect to go to the beach. Close by stores and restaurants

Room was missing light bulbs. Could use extra towels and more bedding (pillows, comforter etc.)

The location was great. The beach was within walking distance as well as various restaurants and grocery stores.

The staff seemed quite overwhelmed and understaffed. The room we had did not have any clean towels and none were brought to us even after multiple requests.

Clean room and bathroom. Proper lighting and great pressure in shower. Staff was accommodating and informative. Loved the location.
