Location was perfect and easy to find and with ample parking. The fireplace was a nice touch,especially in September when the nights were drawing in and cooling down.An added bonus was the hotel bar which served some gorgeous ribs,washed down with probably the cheapest drinks in town.

We,as a couple did enjoy the complimentary grab and go breakfast ,which suited our needs as early starters but i was told by a couple of families that if you were not there sharpish,it had pretty much been picked clean.Not really a criticism but it maybe to other folk. Apart from that we had a great experience in a fantastic part of the world.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walking distance to Heavenly Village( 5 minutes) n about 20 minute walk to Stateline. Continental breakfast had many choices, my family was happy. Great music at bar/restaurant, friendly atmosphere. Beds were nice and firm, room very clean. Staff friendly and offered S'mores to cook at the fire pit. Applebee's is literally next door. I found the outdoor fire pit very relaxing.

We requested lower level room for disabled family member, which WE did not get. We managed but I suggest getting a confirmation, if this is needed. The pool is behind hotel, but no hot tub or sauna.We found out frig wasn't working when we put in our leftovers from dinner, our fault for not checking when we first arrived. Check frig Please! Ask for extra towels, room had a very minimal.

We've stayed here before...the bed was really comfortable. We were in a room on the end, upstairs and we loved it! The morning breakfast is very sufficient and we've always found the staff to be very friendly.

The ONLY thing in this room that was not great was the bathroom. Last time we stayed there was a long counter in the bathroom for our toiletries and in this room there was not. Also - the faucet in she shower stall was not adjustable at all. It hit me in the face and could not be adjusted. Needless to say, my showers were short and washing my hair was very difficult...the shower was NOT enjoyable.

Breakfast on the weekends were held in the bar area which was perfect and flowed easier. There is a restaurant and bar which you get 20 percent off on your food and $2 off your drinks. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable, they had a nice pool with outside areas to sit, you can bring your dogs, it’s at great location walking distance to the shops and food at the village. It’s not even that far to the beach if you wanted to rent a scooter or even walk it’s not too bad of a walk, otherwise it’s a real short drive. I really liked my stay though and was happy with it, I would go here again for sure.

They don’t do room service except at certain times if you ask so they don’t regularly clean out the rooms and restock. Which wouldn’t be a problem if they had trash cans in the area , they had no vending machine for drinks except an old broken one and a vending machine with snacks. Didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t separated from the sink bc it made it hard for people to all get ready since there was mirror. And the bathroom door is a sliding barn door style which is cute except it leaves a gap so all the steam from the shower gets in the room. The staff was overwhelmed by the amount of people and the breakfast for the week days is kind of awkward in the lobby and they ran out of most of the breakfast items like bagels and butter which sucked somewhat.

It was walking distance to Heavenly and many restaurants - it was the perfect location for us. The bed was extremely comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. For two people it was a good sized room. We weren't expecting a grab and go breakfast so that was an unexpected benefit for us. For such a moderately priced room we were very satisfied and happy with our stay - we will be back.

Two things...1) No matter what we did the shower stall leaked under the stall door and soaked the floor. It was a minor inconvenience for us but there should be some sort of barrier to stop it from happening. 2) while we had great weather during our stay had there been a snowstorm we were concerned about there being enough covered parking for cars.

We liked how close to the Gondola the hotel was; unfortunately, due to the weather, the Gondola was closed. Our room was located on the first level, and thankfully, it was quiet at night.

Thankful that breakfast was provided, would have been nice if there had been more seating room to eat the breakfast. I am sure this probably isn't a problem in the summer months as there is room for seating outside. It was nice that they had a place for dogs to play. Unfortunately, the area could not be utilized for dogs due to the winter.

The location was good and convenient for walking to restaurants and stores. The room had a generous layout and was very clean with contemporary furniture and a good mattress and sheets as well. The Wi-Fi was reliable with good signal. The in-room heater was effective and reasonably quiet. The hotel was also very welcoming to our dog.

The parking lot was pretty much a sheet of ice, which made loading the car a bit adventurous, especially for my elderly mother. I felt the resort fee was excessive. The walls are fairly thin so headphones or earplugs are recommended to block out the noise of kids running around outside the rooms or of next-door partying.

The location of the hotel, our room was very clean, furniture in the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, we were in the non smoking section and indeed, there were no odors of smoking; the hotel as a whole is very clean, breakfast was adequate.

Roadway pavement adjacent to the hotel in both entrances, I wonder if the driveways maintenance corresponds to the City or the hotel. In the entire Lake Tahoe location, there are a lot of holes in the roadway pavement.

Location was excellent! The front desk representative was very pleasant and accommodating at check-in and check-out. Next time we'll relax near one of their fire pits.

I could barely shower! The shower head was angled and set on the wall in a way that wasn't very suitable for shorter people...wasn't very practical or enjoyable for the price :( Also, minor "problem" compared to me not being able to fully shower, but our phone in the room didn't work.

Location was great, beds were super comfortable, staff was very nice. There is a beach located right down the road (walking distance) but tends to be extremely busy on the weekends. Some of the hotels offer beach vouchers that wave the $25/adult entry fee for the public beach, but unfortunately hotel Becket does not even though it is within a short distance to the beach. Overall great stay
