3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club

The decor was not only cabin-like, it was in great shape and looked new. The pool area is the best I've seen with tons of chaise lounges in great shape. One of the best features of this property is actually staff members Jessica and Boras. Jessica was born to be in hospitality - always going over and above and exceeding expectations. I think because of her working relationship with maintenance man Boras, he came in on his day off to fix our faucet which was brand new but installed incorrectly. This property is well staffed and it is taken care of, which has been hard to find. Loved it and will definitely return.

As mentioned above, the faucet didn't work properly. Thankfully Boras was able to do a temporary fix, but you had to let the water run in the cold position for a couple of minutes in order for it to be cold, or even cool. It was really hot. The only other thing worth mentioning is their midweek front desk clerk - I don't know her name, but while not impolite, everything was "I can't guarantee" and she never smiled, just did the basic job. Could learn a lot from Jessica!

Very comfortable room, mattress and linens. The balcony was nice. Quiet at night, esp given the proximity to Stateline. Nearest beach is private and not dog-friendly. Nevada State beach is closest dog-friendly beach but Kiva beach is better. Staff @ 3 Peaks were all v helpful and friendly. I like that they don’t offer housekeeping during your stay unless requested, but they also made it easy to dispose of trash/request fresh towels. Pool and hot tub were perfect.

Room keys seem to have to be switched daily, which is not uncommon in Tahoe but I wish they would just let guests know! They really should bearproof their dumpsters since there are bears who live on the property.

The resort is clean and close to the lake, gives you a pass to the lake at less than 6 dollars per person. The room was clean but small and the bathroom was very small. It's great if you want to spend couple of nights near the lake but not for long stays. The hotel was performing a noisy repaint job which was startling before 8 AM which was disturbing during our stay. Not to forget that they blocked big part of the parking due to that which made parking at night very limited. No breakfast means you need to go out in the morning to find something to eat in the surrounding restaurants.

No breakfast. Small bathroom. Small room. Difficult to find parking at night. Painting job was going on. They do not clean the room until you check out.

location! it’s only 7mins walk to the Gondola. The outdoor hot tub is spacious. Staff is nice, and there’s tea/coffee, microwave and toaster in the lobby. Overall, very good value for the price.

the property could use some enhancement on the AC/heater. it’s kinda loud at night. Also I was told that there’s no shoveling tools that I can borrow, luckily the snow melt and we didn’t need one for the car.

No breakfast. Location was good.

I was charged $50 for my dog, which is fine, then another $59 for who knows what. When I called about the $59 they said it would drop off. Well the only amount that dropped off 8 days layer, was the $50. I just don't get it. I've stayed there numerous times and gave never dealt with these charges before!

We loved that we got a room that had a backdoor (room #123), it was perfect for our daughter to play in the snow right outside the room and still be able to watch her. The wifi was also amazing which is important to my husband and we so appreciate that there weren't any extra fees or charges to use the wifi. We will definitely stay here again!

The water pressure or shower head was so powerful almost painfully strong and just made the water splash out of the shower/bathtub a lot. But not at all a deal breaker, I was happy how fast the water got hot in the end.

Comfortable room walking distance to everything. Staff was mostly attentive and helpful. The hot tub was quite warm and large enough for the number of people who were sitting in it each night. There were no burdensome COVID-related restrictions on the hot tub, unlike other places I've stayed during the pandemic, which was very nice. No hassle hot tub!

Although most of the staff I encountered were excellent, the overnight desk clerk was quite rude when I checked out at 5 am (apparently I woke him up when I entered the lobby). It was not even clear the lobby was open since he had all the lights turned out and was sleeping at the front desk. I had to sign my pool towels back in (they make you sign them out individually!) and also asked for a receipt when I checked out, and this request apparently troubled the gentleman working at the desk. He could use more customer service training. Other than him, the staff were excellent and attentive.

The staff here go above and beyond for their customers. The very nice lady at the front desk helped me with a problem I was having and fixed the situation immediately. She showed exceptional customer service and made sure I was beyond happy with my stay. The manager here also was the big reason my problem was solved and whoever they are, thank you.

Location was great. There was no breakfast. The hot tub was lovely. I was very gratified that the owner made every effort to give us rooms that had showers with handicapped grab bars that made all the difference in my feeling secure while taking a shower. That was huge as well as the great location.

the wonderful handicapped room was terrific except that the neighboring guests in the same type of room were very inconsiderate. They used the indoor hot tub and loud tv programs in the middle of the night, about 3:00am. I was gratified when the next day we moved to another room with shower grab bars that was significantly quieter.

Good location. Jacuzzi was great. Bed was comfortable.

The doors to the Jacuzzi area were locked from the inside so you have to go all the way around though the reception to leave. Pretty uncomfortable. Also they charge an excessive fee if you don't return the pool towels to reception. We retuned them but the fee is hilarious. 🤣
