Large room in friendly hotel just a short walk from the local shopping complex, and within 10 mins stroll of the casinos and the lake iteself.

It wasn't the easiest hotel to find despite being on the main road, so maybe better signposting would be good :)

it was clean, staff was friendly and it was such a great location. very convenient especially when traveling with a toddler.

Perfect location for Heavenly Gondola ski access and lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and access to Lake nearby. Hot tubs, pool, gym and amenities were also great.

Mandatory Valet parking - on weekends, it can take 45 min-1 hour or more to request the valet to retrieve your car. Not convenient at all and lobby was a zoo on Sat/Sun. We ended up calling a friend to pick us up so we didn’t miss boat tour, otherwise we would have been late because of delay from overwhelmed valet staff.

Great location. Lots of options for shopping & dining just outside of the hotel. Hotel amenities were nice - used the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly.

Didn’t love paying $35/day to valet park. In the room, would suggest brighter lighting around the mirror above the sink - the dim lighting made it difficult to put on makeup. Also, could have used some kind of additional padding for the pull-out bed. Wasn’t the most comfortable.

The location was great and we did not hear our neighbors.

the location is amazing. the staff was very helpful and check in and out was a breeze. the valet was great, just send a text when you need your car and you walk down and your car is there. perfect!

I didn’t like the facilities calling daily and trying to sell us on sitting in on some 90 minute class for a gift card, I didn’t like the pillow because they seemed extremely used and soft. also never had room service the entire time we where there.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was our 10-year anniversary. We were given a free bottle of wine and a room with a better view. The lobby was warm by the fire and had free lemon water. The room we stayed in was a villa (7512) it was HUGE. Way more than two people need.

The valet parking at $35 a night was not great. They seemed disorganized. We handed them a tip each time they got our car but there was no response. We would have liked if the spa could stay open later if you are being quiet. The bed in the Villa had barely any sheets let alone a nice heavy cover on it.

Was our first time there, and it was super homey. Can't wait to book another stay. Room was a good size with a toddler. It's a perfect location for relaxing family time.

The lobby restroom doesn't have a Child changing table , it took us a little longer to get in our room. Child play area was closed wish we could have used it.

They had a quiet hour posted as 9pm. I really appreciated this as many come to Tahoe to party, and I've been kept up all night because of it.

Great hotel. The only problem I had was the shower had no water pressure. Like I barely felt clean after using it. I live in California, there is no reason for the water pressure to be that low. This is my only complaint.

The facility is clean, bed comfortable and location is great. As a guest, I felt safe on your property. We loved a quiet room.

Numbering on the buildings is very confusing; you need to explain building 6 and 7 better. My husband I were not the only lost souls. Your only parking option is horrible and expensive. Driveway entrance is ridiculous from the street, very unclear where to pull in.
