First thing we liked was the greeting from Janmesh! He made us feel so welcomed. First off I am a pillow snob, and to my surprise the Hotel Nova had soft feather/like pillows!! (perfect for me).. The room was quite and very clean.. I didn't wake up early enough for the Hotel breakfast. But if I had, there were nice choices to select from. The location was perfect (again for me) and free parking is a bonus!! So if you are looking for a Clean / Comfortable / Safe / Great Value Hotel. this is the place.. So be sure to stop in and stay... and say hey to Janmesh! He will make you smile for sure! (o: (Side note, if are looking for a quaint restaurant near the Nova (about 1,5 mile away) try the La Nueva Perla.)

If I am being honest, The rooms have window shutters. I would have preferred blackout curtains.

The location of this Hotel was great .. close to freeway. Ample parking space. And we were greeted in the front desk by Mr. Janmesh, with a great smile, friendly and personable, informative of area and the Hotel's interest to keep everyone safe during the Pandemic. Janmesh made us feel comfortable right away and even gave us ideas of what's going on in the City .. San Francisco. He was consistent with his Professionalism throughout our stay of 2 days. He remembered our names and just so warm and friendly to us. Through our travels ... we have never met anyone like him ... showed personal interest in us and to everyone. Janmesh is truly an ASSET to your Company. Because of Covid, we realize the simplicity of the breakfast and it was sufficient ... just need to provide a bag to carry breakfast to the room. Bec. we are Seniors and making sure of the safety of our health during this Pandemic ... I brought Lysol wipes for our peace of mind just in case. And very happy and satisfied of the cleanliness of the room. And Janmesh, assured us the procedures used to keep the rooms sanitize and allowed so many days unoccupied after the last guest. That truly made us great and comfortable. Oh yes, Access to INTERNET was great .. bec Sunday we had to Zoom for a Meeting. Great Stay ... close to Eateries and easy access to Freeways.

Just a little suggestion ... My husband had to carry our Simplified breakfast to our room. And it would have been nice to have a little bag or a tray ... easier to carry. We stayed in April in another Hotel in Redwood city during Pandemic ... they had a little bag ... nice idea.

The hotel was very broad and quiet in addition to some simple nearby extras you may want to have like a tiny gym room or a food delivery from their kitchen with a wide variety of food categories like italian , greek , veggie , mexican .... etc . Also we didn't have any problems with the parking even when the hotel is full of dwellers you can still find a parking spot .

346 dollars is kinda expensive for 2 people staying for only 2 nights , but compared to the current economical situation , you can consider this price as a regular one because almost everything in this country has become more expensive like : gas , clothes , hotels , cars .... etc .

Double Queen Room was big enough for an extra crib. Breakfast was all sweet: Waffles, Muffins, Danish, Cereals, Bananas, yogurt, orange juice, water, coffee, milk. That’s all, but fine for us. Our flight was leaving at 7pm and it was possible to leave the luggage there.

We planned to use the 292 bus for transportation. The line is perfect, but the buses are not reliable and there is only one bus per hour at the weekend. Also the fee system is strange. We paid different fees. Sometimes the kids has to pay, sometimes not and no change possible. But a Clipper Card makes no sense for a Familie there for 3 days.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Continental breakfast was OK, the lady for the service was very helping with replenishing. Location is very good for the airport, providing good overnight stay. Both reception and breakfast serving staff were kind and helpful.

Sofa bed is not the best, but fine for one night. Airplanes landing or taking off up until past midnight. Not really disturbed me too much, though.

the frontdesk employees were super friendly and helpful! even wanted to help us with getting gas for the car at costco, so we did not have the highest price for gas in the area. the rooms were big and the bed was comfortable.

breakfast was very limited and in a small area. there is not much around the hotel as it is near the airport. and there is a bathtub, it is for a 6 foot person pretty small, but no stopper for the water. With checking in they ask for a deposit, which states for debit cards on a sign, but not for credit cards.

Clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff. Free parking and convenient location (by SFO airport). Quiet as well. Complimentary breakfast. It was exactly what we needed.

Room needs an upgrade but was not really a big deal. Light with a movement detector on so at night if you’re not traveling solo can be annoying. Same not a big deal we had a nice stay. Variety breakfast but basic.

We absolutely loved how spacious the entire room was, a tv for both rooms was a huge plus! Also the staff was exceptional and very welcoming to us and our 2 year old, we would recommend this hotel to anyone!! If you want a great place to stay that will make your stay even more enjoyable, look no further, you will not regret staying here!

Free parking facilities, nearby SFO airport and in front of Fox Rental Cars. Allan in the reception was very cool & accommodating. Basic breakfast in the morning such as cereals, choices of breads, ham, make your own waffle, eggs, banana and etc.. Clean and quite hotel just infront of Mc Donalds and IHOP by walk😉 Price was OK and cheaper compared to other hotels...

Internet, I can't access the internet as I'm using android device but my hubby can connect his iphone😫 I hope they will improve the lighting as the room is quite dark..

Staff are truly the difference. Genuinely friendly and outgoing! And it makes a difference. The queen suite room was spacious and comfortable if a bit dated. But clean and super close and easy to airport

Not very attractive but with prices in the $500 a night range for the hotels we usually stay at, this independent was a screaming deal!
