This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. This is a modest hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They begin serving breakfast at 6:00 AM, which is perfect for early flights. The location near the airport is perfect (but the neighborhood is a little shabby). This time I used the shuttle to the airport, and it worked well.

The one issue with the hotel is the lack of restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a shopping center nearby with restaurants and a large Barnes and Noble bookstore. But it is a little far for walking, so a car or taxi would be needed.

The first thing that struck us upon arrival was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our host Elena had clearly put a lot of thought into making this suite feel like a true home away from home. The decor was charming, and every detail was carefully curated to create a comfortable and inviting space. Elena herself were exceptional. She was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked, she provided us with transportation from airport herself. She made us an awesome breakfast that included pastries from her own bakery shop. Elena hospitality truly made us feel like a valued guest.

Everything! Conveniently located really close to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle. Woman traveling internationally with two children and a whole bunch of heavy luggage, was offered much support without asking. Staff was more than kind and helpful, definitely made our stay effortlessly, just pure kindness. There were more than enough breakfast options and the breakfast area was constantly cleaned and stacked up, in addition there was a very nice seperate lounge area with comfortable seating and one could also take their breakfast there. I was very impressed and the value for money, excellent!

Excellent value for money, clean room and spacious. The room had a microwave and decent sized fridge, the breakfast was good value and included eggs, sausage, and waffle maker along with other continental things. Stay was quiet in the hotel so guests were respectful of noise and front desk staff was helpful. Loved that they offer a shuttle to the airport as well.

There is no security measures to stop someone from using the guest elevator up to the upper levels, which is a concern given the closeness to the tenderloin district. The local area is also not something you'd really want to walk around in, though not terrible, and it's definitely attractive only due to the airport access. The road traffic was also considerable, though again, you're staying here for the airport access generally. The bed was also not the best and could be disruptive when sleeping with a partner since every movement is felt.

Near SFO airport. Free airport shuttle service, though few and far-between. Breakfast included. The room is spacious and clean, with microwave, fridge & tv.. Staff is helpful.

Long walk to BART station... Approx. 3/4 of a mile. Also, the loud TV sound next door can be heard late at night. No complimentary bottled water which is usually needed upon arrival.

This property is very close to the airport. It was easy to drop our rental car off & have a great night sleep before our early flight. Our room was right by breakfast which made it very easy to get coffee when we woke up. The fresh waffles were really good!

Make sure you book an airport shuttle if you need one. We were able to get one in the morning - but - the guy said we should have Booked it in the evening. (Super nice about it and not a problem)

Free parking and breakfast

The airplane noise, wouldn't recommend a light sleeper. I stayed in 102 I can hear the laundry/dryer pass 8pm. It would be nice to repaint the closet door in 216. And whipe the wall paper. When only the nightstand light is on the clumps of dust are super visible.. mini Coffee maker is dusty too. I noticed end of door frame in 102 is chipping paint and some holes in the tiles need to be filled. I said too much.

The room with 2 beds was actually two rooms (one had the bathroom, the other had a wet bar). This was perfect because my husband and I were traveling with our teen son who needed a good night's sleep as he was traveling internationally the next day and my husband and I snore (lol!). Bed was comfortable, bathroom and room sizes were great.

For a bit during the afternoon airplanes were taking off right over the hotel, however this did not continue through the night. But they were very loud. The breakfast was very minimul.

The hotel was very clean and the room very spacious! The staff were super friendly. We had an overnight flight that landed in San Francisco early. We asked the front desk for early check in and they were incredibly accommodating. I found the area very safe. I also found the parking under the building to be safe and secure

As it was close to the airport you do hear planes that are pretty loud. It was not all night long and it was still a good nights rest.

Great location near airport with airport shuttle. Spacious Room was very clean with comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast. Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We arranged for early check-in and luggage storage. Within easy walk to buses, BART train and shopping mall.we would definitely stay here again!
