Happy with the included breakfast ... good variety of foods and tasty. The room was comfortable and had the standard amenities. We appreciated the park-and-fly option; the cost was reasonable and competitive with airport parking lots. I was happy that the parking lot was on the ground floor of the hotel and my car was protected from the elements while we were gone. The hotel was a quick shuttle ride from the San Francisco Airport.

We didn't experience any negatives during our stay. I would have liked to pay less for the room, but nothing is cheap anymore. Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable and a good value.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. This is a modest hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They begin serving breakfast at 6:00 AM, which is perfect for early flights. The location near the airport is perfect (but the neighborhood is a little shabby). This time I used the shuttle to the airport, and it worked well.

The one issue with the hotel is the lack of restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a shopping center nearby with restaurants and a large Barnes and Noble bookstore. But it is a little far for walking, so a car or taxi would be needed.

Location. Free parking. Nice employees. Good breakfast selections.

At first, the refrigerator in our room would not work. It was definitely on its last leg and randomly started working few hours into the stay. I will say that the staff was extremely accommodating and put anything I wanted into their main refrigerator. I wasn’t even going to mention this because it was just a glitch on the radar and they were extremely accommodating and kind about it. So, my motive and mentioning this is less about complaining and more about supporting how they responded.

Good location, clean and quiet (surroundings and inside the hotel), good amenities, friendly staff who respond quickly to address issues, nice shuttle service to the airport, large room, comfortable bed & pillows, clean bathroom and short walk to the San Bruno Caltrain station.

Nothing really. We were very satisfied. However, if the breakfast items could be changed once in a while, it would have been good.

Good-sized family rooms with useful amenities such as iron and ironing board, fridge, tea/coffee machine. Air-conditioned. Great breakfast included, especially the waffles. Friendly staff. Free parking. Free Airport shuttle. A refreshing free lemon infused water in reception. Great location - you can walk to the BART in 15 mins and then be in downtown San Francisco in 30 mins.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but be aware it is near the airport so there is aircraft noise and the decor is average.

The first thing that struck us upon arrival was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our host Elena had clearly put a lot of thought into making this suite feel like a true home away from home. The decor was charming, and every detail was carefully curated to create a comfortable and inviting space. Elena herself were exceptional. She was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked, she provided us with transportation from airport herself. She made us an awesome breakfast that included pastries from her own bakery shop. Elena hospitality truly made us feel like a valued guest.

Pleasant hotel, room was clean, maybe not super-modern, but it was fine. Breakfast was simple but good.

The room was a bit noisy at night. For one, the window didn't do a particularly good job at blocking the roar from the planes taking off. For another, some compressor or other was running all the time. And sometimes, the refrigerator came on, and that was also noisy. It might have been just my room...

Everything! Conveniently located really close to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle. Woman traveling internationally with two children and a whole bunch of heavy luggage, was offered much support without asking. Staff was more than kind and helpful, definitely made our stay effortlessly, just pure kindness. There were more than enough breakfast options and the breakfast area was constantly cleaned and stacked up, in addition there was a very nice seperate lounge area with comfortable seating and one could also take their breakfast there. I was very impressed and the value for money, excellent!

When we arrived early, Deron (at the front desk) helped us with an early check-in which was very convenient. The beds are very comfortable and you find all ameneties you need for your stay before/after the flight to/from SFO. Many restaurants are in 5-10 min walking distance which is great for a dinner. If you take the Caltrain from San Bruno you can be at San Francisco Station within 20min and the day ticket is just $ 7.50.

Near SFO airport. Free airport shuttle service, though few and far-between. Breakfast included. The room is spacious and clean, with microwave, fridge & tv.. Staff is helpful.

Long walk to BART station... Approx. 3/4 of a mile. Also, the loud TV sound next door can be heard late at night. No complimentary bottled water which is usually needed upon arrival.
