Wow. Great place to stay. Close enough it's just a short distance drive to the Giants Stadium, but far enough out there isn't all the traffic, noise, and (unfortunately) filth that the inner city brings. We felt safe with our kids and our car here. Beds, towels, linens were all clean and comfortable. The soaps were good quality. The pool is indoor and clean. Everything was clean, actually! The servers at the restraunt were so kind and attentive. Breakfast had a large selection of cold and hot food, and even a make to order food bar! For free!!!

Parking was about $40 for one night. It wasn't covered it was just a parking lot. I get it, San Francisco. . .you pay for parking. But there was no one out here besides the people that stayed at the hotel. Paying for parking was a bit ridiculous.

Location was great, about 10 minutes from the airport. We were able to walk into South San Francisco for dinner. But also the property had a restaurant if we preferred to stay in. Easy check in. The room was spacious and the front desk staff was friendly.

I had a bit of trouble with the airport shuttle. We waited more than the 30 minutes promised for the shuttle and ended up on a shuttle going to the *other* San Fran Airport Embassy Suites. Yes, user error, but maybe the signage could be better. Also, it should be a free shuttle.

Fire alarm with evac on Saturday night. There was no type of instruction or info offered by ANY staff member. During initial evacuation the automated alarms went off but after all was over there was Zero communication by hotel staff.

I was here to oversee and attend my mother’s funeral. I was born and raised in SSF. Our suite was very comfortable and roomy. Your staff was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. The food and the food prep and wait staff were excellent. Kevin the bartender at Happy Hour is a gem.

$39 a night for parking seemed high, but most likely standard.

Breakfast was alright, those cube potatoes need work, very hard once served. Staffing all around professional.

The drink Special and a discount of two drinks, I remember it being free drinks for two and you paid for Top Shelf. I was very disappointed in the change. Stop with the new, I’m an old customer of the Chain.

Breakfast was good. The new renovations are awesome. Bathroom/Shower was a great size. The pool smelled like too much chlorine inside but my family had a blast.

The pool had a really strong smell of chlorine. That's about it. Other than that, the pool was a great size. Not too deep. Just right. The hot tub was a hit as well.

it was perfect. the rooms were huge the breakfast was great the lobby was lovely the staff were excellent. i was on the better side of south San Fran as it was a short walk to the grand avenue and other eateries. Uber drivers were abundant!

the only thing was the toilet paper was scratchy & there wasn’t enough coffee for the entire stay except when requested.

bus shuttle from embassy hotel states free / or $ 5 they charge us $ 10 per person.. In room can't control temperature outside was very cold and cannot turn on heater.Only stop on 72 F with strong wind coming from close window .So windy window drips mowing back and forth.

Drinks and nibbles each night. Restaurant on site. Rooms were great. Boys loved the pool.

I had paid extra for an early check in nd after a 17 hour flight we had to wait for nearly 3 hours!!

Great facilities- pool, elevators, etc., helpful staff, convenient location, free airport shuttle, very well-kept Embassy property.

Wish the breakfast were available earlier than 7:30am on weekends… inconvenient for families with early flights out/checkout.
