Very clean and comfortable bed. The location is close to the airport with free shuttle. We did San Francisco from there. We got to the airport by the shuttle and from there we took the BART to San Francisco downtown. Easy going. The surrounding area was very safe and there is a Denny's next door. Breakfast was good. You could even make waffles by yourself.

The lady at the desk, I think her name was Tita, was super friendly and answered questions I had about the local. The motel was clean, all the people friendly and the breakfast was good also. I would stay there again. The only drawback was the pool was just outside our window and there was some noise from the kids playing there.

The location is very convenient. The place is clean, accommodating, free breakfast, great for any traveler, and the room had a refrigerator and a microwave without additional fees. Also, Jared from the front desk was very helpful. When I learned that this property has two buildings, I asked for a favor to add a note in the system requesting that we get a room in the main building since we are traveling with kids. I understood this was not guaranteed, and I didn't expect he would actually come through with the request, especially since we checked in really late. But I was really surprised to find out he did, and he was also in the front desk to greet us. Our experience from this hotel will certainly make me/us a loyal customer going forward. Thank you!

The room wasn't big, but pretty clean and tastefully furnished. The included breakfast was fairly standard, and it included hot scrambled eggs and fried potato. We cafeteria area looked nice.

It's a fairly busy hotel in summertime, and you'd see people checking in and out constantly, which is expected for an airport hotel, I suppose. The "free" shuttle bus to the SFO airport is available, but it took it some 25 minutes (instead of expected 5) due to numerous stops at the other hotels to pick up passengers.

Good location just off freeway. Easy drive into city & surrounding areas for sightseeing. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff on the front desk & at breakfast. Free parking.

Laundry facilities were out of order for all of our stay (4 days) but we were given details of local launderette, which was fine.

The staff. The amenities in the room were poor. Coffee maker missing part. The r mini refrigerator didn't cool at all. My water, soda and extra was warm. We had to used our own cooler for it. One lady on front desk said that nobody and their own mini refrigerator was the same.

We had a puppy with us and the hardwood floors were great. Though there were no accidents, knowing we could clean up was great! The beds were comfortable. The location near the airport was great. The shuttle service was super easy.

The bathroom door was self closing, which was annoying as you couldn't prop it open. It wasn't the end of the world but was a bit frustrating. The staff were ok but not a lot of smiles.

there was nothing that i actually did not like everything was actually good and we were like yes this was a perfect place to stay at while our visit to san francisco. we are very happy with our dtay at this hotel

This is a great hotel. Very spacious rooms and good facilities. Great price and friendly staff and everything was amazing.

I suggest calling or emailing ahead to confirm you will be waiting on the airport shuttle as we waited over an hour and couldn’t call. shuttle did arrive promptly after another driver phoned for us though
