The location was convenient. The jetted tubs was nice

The Hotel was okay not enough towels for the price you would expect little bit more the towels we had in the room looked like they where not clean they had so many stains . The location was not bad I feel like the rooms could of been more cleaner.

Comfortable bed, hot tub in room, nice staff, close to the airport

It's quaint, quiet and clean on the outside. Parking is awesome has two floors! The manager is really cool.

THE CLEANING STAFF IS MAKING THIS HOTEL LOOK BAD!! Stayed 6-nights, lady did NOT change the pillowcases, restore toilet tissue, cups for ice water, soaps, clean hand towels. I would ask her but I dont want to have a problem. She is extremely rude. If they hired cleaning staff that did quality work, it would be a perfect hotel for the price you pay.

The location was very great and easy to go to SF downtown. The bed was very comfortable and room was very big

The staff was not always present at the reception. also the breakfast was not a breakfast but more like a kind of « snack »

Somewhat neglected, nice room. With a little effort, it could be a really cute place. Water was hot. Great, quiet location.

Had to get batteries replaced in t.v. remote to get it to work. Fixings for in-room coffee were not there, only a huge pile of sugars. Shower curtain needs to be replaced to prevent water from spilling out during shower.(and hitting adjacent wall). Again, could be a really cute first-class place if it was kept up better.

No large towels in bathroom. Just two small towels and two medium towels. I told worker in am he said. Waiting till 9 am. So. We left to SF city We comeback they put two large towels. In room. Too late. They sucks

There wasn’t anyone there to help. First the toilet wouldn’t flush, they gave me another room. I tried calling the front desk a few times, no one ever answered. When I tried to check out I stood at the window ringing the bell for at least ten minutes. He had told me the night before I could change credit cards in the morning but nobody ever came. Had to shove both keys under the glass. Terrible service

There was parking on the second floor.

The breakfast was a joak. The room smelled like a smoker. There were ants. Dust in odd places. Overall the room seemed clean. Was acceptable for the price, however I would not stay there agin unless nessesary.

The hotel was closed when we came extremely late at 2:00am because of flight delays but there was a bell and a phone number and they came to get us our room. Also bed was comfortable.

There was no breakfast which was one of the things I booked this hotel for and the blow dryer did not work. The hotel was somewhat run down. Would have liked a heavier bedspread or quilt.

My room smelled of old cigaretts. And it was a non smoking room
