Staff and housekeeper very nice, I arrived early my room was already cleaned so we were told we could check in early being after driving 6hrs weneeded to rest.

The toilet base was very low made it hard for my knees. No hand rails in shower or toilet area no shower mat, being I have disabilities or coffee maker. The fan in bathroom didn't work. But yes we would rebook again.

good location/room is clean and equip with almost everything needed/close to business area/good price

1)No shampoo which is a little surprise 2)no fridge, but it's ok with this price 3)what bothers me the most is a badly damaged car parked in the customer parking area, that car has broken windows, bumpers etc, which gave me very strong impression of security concern for this place.

Great Staff, very helpful. Property is well located. There's a Denny's right outside. Room and bed was very comfy, very spacious and very well setup. Bathroom and vanity was well cleaned. Really appreciate the hardwork everyone does. Thank You all.

The pool looked so tempting, yet was closed temporarily. Wish could use that. Maybe next time.

Laundry doesn't have instructions, for those who are not Americans this is a problem. The tide despenser does not work and they told us that they do not manage it, then what do you put it up to? Aspect to be improved.

the motel manager called to see how I was doing, if everything was ok and if I needed anything, that was exceptional customer service. I felt safe , the grounds, the motel, the surroundings were clean and quiet.

nothing, everything was a very high standard for the budget price.

The staff is friendly, good location close to highway 101 and highway 237... No restrictions on the internet, it's fast, the rooms are all clean.

I can honestly say I can't find anything I don't like about this property, hotel staff, and the entire experience.

i tried to call them before to ask stuff before doing my reservation but no one answer. when I arrived there was no one on the front till some lady came from the car from the outside but more than that it was great good price and it was clean
