Larkspur Landing Sunnyvale-An All-Suite Hotel

Very reasonable price! Free Guest laundry! Kind staffs! Comfortable room and Wi-Fi! Free coffee service/

There were many selections of breakfast, Bread, muffin, steamed rice, serials, boiled eggs, fruits, juice and milk, The menu mainly included carbohydrates. We'd like to have instant soup, cheese or some vegetables or vegetable juice. Anyway, considering price, very good hotel.

Clean room, good price, and friendly staff. All listed amenities were as expected. Overall a pleasant stay, and great value, I have had much worse for a similar price in this area. Rooms have a mini kitchen, which is great for longer stays. I will stay here again if I come back to the area.

Nothing, good experience

The staff and the room were very nice. I also appreciated it was quiet and no loud noises. There's a convenient couple of restaurants very close by for food. The free breakfast was simple and filling with a variety of small options. The room size and kitchen far exceeded my expectations. It was spacey and comfortable with a very functional kitchen. I'll definitely try to stay at Larkspur Landing hotels whenever possible

Maybe better lighting . The kitchen was pretty dark after the sun went down, but otherwise I can't think of anything else

The accommodation that I requested to be put on the first floor and they were able to do that and i was able to do a late check out w no additional cost at 12pm. The complimentary breakfast w bagels and coffee and juice.

Bathroom floor had a huge chunk of women's hair on it. Wasn't properly and throughly cleaned. But everything else was fine.

suite room provides full kitchenette, staffs are welcome and friendly and helpful. The hotel also provide washing machine

I don't know why, but they are only accepting credit card and a deposit of 250 dollars, when I went to check my invoice I saw that they had charged 300 dollars, I went to the reception to ask why they charged 300 dollars and they said who didn't know the reason

This hotel is ridiculous, they started a fraud investigation and was wrong. I guess if you are not white then you can’t afford this place. Humiliated and the staff lie. Contacted corporate and we are getting down to truth finally. It’s ok. 300 deposits, over 1,000.00 for 4 days and it’s been 5 days and not released. Whoever got that extra 1k this is the place for you. Sunnyvale location is horrible, go somewhere else. Embassy suites is nice and professional

The maid left my room open and unlocked, started fraud investigation because they thought we couldn’t afford the room for that many days. Charged 1 k in deposits and still has not been released. Front desk shorted our cash deposit by 100.00 on written receipt. They went through our trash and tried to charge us for empty box’s. Absolutely horrible experience

Nice clean room, roomy. My room was close to the emergency exit which I like. Bathroom was very clean, always a plus. The hotel was close to the freeway and the places I had to go to that day. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything you would need.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious.

There weren’t enough towels in the room for three. We requested more, which we were told would be delivered to our room the following morning, but we checked out before that happened.

The staff was amazing, and extremely polite. I made the reservation on the same day of stay, and the price was still relatively reasonable. The suites are so great with kitchen and a foldaway bed
