Lots of great breakfast options! Really clean, spacious room with a comfortable king bed, pet-friendly, great AC, quiet, appreciated the mini fridge in the room and the constant coffee, hot water and ice water in the lobby as well! Always stocked! At checkin, it was very pleasant as Mona asked if we would like a room on a higher floor and further from the elevator, which was absolutely perfect for our pup. Love that the AC was next to the window and bed, as it was excellent white noise for the pup who didn't bark at people walking by that way.

Unfortunately we could stay only one night at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Due to overbooking we were sent off to a different hotel for the first night. Although we had a confirmed booking and had even checked in online the day before! The hotel we had to stay in was much lower in standard - booking.com rating of 7.0 instead of 8.2 this place - and didn't offer breakfast. Which was included in the hotel we had originally booked and paid for. We are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that something like that could happen with booking.com bookings.

This hotel is a very pleasant, well kept accommodation - quite a contrast to the general appeal of Twentynine Palms. We had a good sized room for a family of four.

Breakfast was the standard offering of convenience products, plastic packaging galore and disposable cutlery and plates.

You look around the area you would not expect something like you would see in dream pop out at you. Eat the ribs across the road, close to the best meal I’ve ever had and my wife agreed. We know our meat as Australians 😁

Nothing I can’t offer one problem

Continental breakfast had a lot of nice choices to choose from. The chocolate waffles were especially delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and offered a variety of shower items. Staff was friendly and helpful.

All the staff were wonderful- very helpful, polite and happy- and would always say hello, so we felt like very welcomed guests. The breakfast on Sunday was delicious & there was a good, varied selection- on Monday, there were fewer choices, but the standard was still excellent. It was lovely to have a small pool for a quick swim at the end of the day & to cool off from the sun. We also used the gym, which was basic but sufficient for a workout. The location is perfect to visit Joshua Tree National Park.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, so a mattress upgrade or topper would help. There are limited choices for meals in the local town, but we found a couple of options.

Very spacious room and hotel, with good tea/coffee options in the lobby, and good breakfast. Some eating places just over the road.

Decor in room very bland. Thin walls. TV didn't work. Therefore didn't feel good value for what we paid (increased prices for a Saturday night).

Good location, helpful staff, tasteful breakfast, water, tea and coffee available around the clock, small but nice swimming pool, big room, close to shopping center, highly recommended.

My room was not cleaned during my two days stay. Corridors should be vacuumed more often.

The room is extremely spacious for two people. Breakfast was decent, too.

The pillows are too soft and uncomfortable for me. Room is a bit noisy at night if you have the AC on, and sometimes I could hear loud motorcycles from the road.
