April was wonderful, cheerful, helpful and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The day shift lady (7/12) and the overnight lady (7/12-7/13) were also wonderful & very helpful. We only just needed a place to sleep cause we were having work done at our house and didn't have AC. It was close by and we had friends stay several years ago and liked it. Also, the ratings were good.

The beds were a little firm and the pillows firm & thick. I did bring one pillow with me which helped. I made a reservation for a queen suite because online the picture showed a little kitchenette. The first two rooms they gave us didn't have the kitchenette but when my husband asked and showed the picture they gave us one so it all worked out.

The breakfast was really good, staff was very nice. We were able to check in an hour early, the first room we were in the flusher on the toilet was broken, but we were easily moved to a first floor room. It was comfortable and clean

So my only real issue was taking a bath in the tub being disabled, having the soap so high up means I have to get up and down several times which is hard thankfully the bar was there. I didn't see the notice about getting it front the front desk

We stay here frequently and are very happy. It's a perfect location for our needs and the young man working the desk in the evenings is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Sometimes the noise from the atrium can be a little much but they do seem to do their best to encourage people to keep it down. The price we pay ranges from $129 (very reasonable) to $179 which feels a bit high. Really, any complaints are pretty minor and we will keep returning happily.

This hotel deserves the money I spent !! Super clean, The housekeeper women were so nice with us and patient, specially Carmen, she was super professional and kept an eye with us. The Guy of the front desk, Tony was so kind and professional too. The bed was so comfy and the breakfast really complete. I recommend this hotel that is in the bottom of Vacaville!!!

The staff is really key here. The property is clean and well maintained but nothing out of the ordinary, really. The rooms are spacious and neat. What sets this property apart is the people who run it. From the young man who works the desk at night to the lady taking time to educate me on Yemeni coffee, they're a large part of why we are repeat guests. There are several properties in the area we could pay a little less for, but the Hampton staff is worth the price.

-It's an "atrium" hotel at a motel price! It used to be a Hilton property, so it's quite nice. -laundry room on each floor -some rooms have kitchenettes - breakfast in the large atrium was very good, and the large area made it feel peaceful rather than hurried.

Nothing to dislike, other than the people above me!

Compared to other hotels ranked similarly, I found this facility to be underrated, with its helpful staff, nice atrium, great breakfast, and noontime checkout. (Noontime! Who does that anymore? I wish they all did.) Quiet location, with an ice rink and movie theater just two minutes away.

Love coffee available in the Lobby! Breakfast was presented well, and good quality, clean areas.

Check in took almost 45 minutes due to a situation with a group reservation. The kid working the desk, seemed oblivious to the other two people , we waited and waited, and waited, he gave us no acknowledgment . The customer eventually asked the kid to take care of us, he had a better grasp of the situation.

Freeway access, food banquet

Room needed some maintenance from continued use with no maintenance in the past. A leak from the roof area leaks underneath the wallpaper. Wallpaper lifting.. hotel staff that check us in.. not friendly. Not cranky but not friendly.

Our room was very nice, large enough to gather with our friends. The breakfast area was very comfortable and the food was amazingly good.

The shower head in room 310 needs replacing. It was hardly more than a trickle. Why were we charged a $5 service fee? I really dislike hidden charges.
