Quality Inn & Suites Vacaville

I absolutely love staying at the Quality Inn the staff was amazing they made sure that I was comfortable no matter what and the breakfast was really too because we got to cook ourselves

I honestly did not have any complaints or anything that I didn't like when I stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Vacaville there was a manager named Eddie I believe he was the night manager he made sure that everybody was safe when it came right down to it he was very fair and did not choose favorites when things did occur that shouldn't be happening the people that needed to go were made to leave so it's a big shout out to Eddie your life matters to me if nobody told you that today Eddie

The room was clean and didn't smell like smoke or marijuana. I appreciated that immensely. The nice lady in the front office was very helpful and allowed me to park my truck and large cargo trailer along the property line in front of my room.

I don't like hardwood type floors but I understand it's easier to keep clean. I didn't feel completely safe because of the homeless and rif-raft that was coming and going into the night and kept waking me up.

Sara at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped when I couldn't get my key to work and was very professional and welcoming. The room was also nice, the layout and decor was pleasant and the shower was amazing.

There weren't any larger towels which is disappointing as a larger adult, and you could smell smoke from a neighboring room (but I understand that is not the fault of the establishment itself).

What breakfast? Didn't know about breakfast and the area was kind of shabby so I was going to stay the night then cancel my second night, but when I entered the room, I was very very impressed at the size, the cleanliness and especially the fact it had a microwave and fridge, and the air was already on. So yes, thank you thank you and thank you for making my first stay in Sacramento awesome!!!!

Just the area in general and the outside. But as I said, the room made of for it.

Rooms were very clean. The only negative was that in a room of two bed we were only given 2 towels but besides that, the stay was good

Wonderful, helpful staff (supervisor was particularly helpful) Room was exactly as advertised and what we expected. Breakfast 'in a bag' options were good as this is the first hotel/motel of the last 18 we've stayed in during our road trip that had soy milk as well as cows milk + gluten free cereal

I didn't get to breakfast but the room are very nice not what I expected.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the air condition did not give out cold air :( and the staff don't answer the phone the phone just ring.

The location and the staff was nice.

The limited items inside the room.1. The amount of toilet paper on the roll just barely made it thru the night.I had to asked for toilet 🚽 paper first thing in the morning.😡 2.Only one face towel in the room should be at least 2/there were 2 bath towels..The next morning when I asked they didn't have any I had to buy a towel from the store.

The shower was perfect. Tv was a nice size . The bed was perfect. room was spotless.

Square pillows didn't work, we had to purchase some from Walmart. Ask for cleans towels and the clerk only brought us 2 body towels. There was no ice bucket in the room, the clerk told me he could be.a

Easy check in--Front desk staff was awesome. Quiet! easy on/off of Interstate as we were heading to SFO airport--This was halfway from home.

Toilet paper and tissues were not full and no additional supplies were available for replacement in the room.
