Great hotel. 15-20 min drive from six flags discovery Kingdom 👌👌. Very comfy and spacious room. 5 min drive to a grocery store or places to eat. In the back is a playground for kids 2 min walk at a little park and also a river to enjoy a little time outside and enjoy the view. Would stay again if I am in the area.

Hotel didn't have no negative just a train that passes in the morning but didn't bother us. Kids didn't realize there was a train until we went out to explore. Other than that nothing bad from our side.

We chose this hotel based on location near a funeral we were attending. We chose it because it is next to a police department and we figured less chance for a CA car window smash burglary. The beds were amazingly comfortable, staff was excellent and breakfast was above average.

Room cleanliness was lacking! Carpets in hotel are not being bs Unimed and there were fingerprints all over glass surfaces in our room! I completely cleaned all surfaces with hand sanitizer.

I loved the people I met working at the Hotel. I arrived late at night and was greeted and checked in quickly to my spacious room. I woke up late one morning and just missed breakfast, I asked to be able to pick up a few items for breakfast and was let in to have a meal (a yummy one!). While I didn't want full housekeeping, I requested the bathroom and floors be cleaned and the staff did so and followed up that it was up to our comfort. These extra-mile efforts were certainly noticed and left a great imprint on our stay.

I would have liked if the pool was accessible for longer hours. 9-9 is when I'm out an about in my trip. A swim late at night would be a great way to close off my busy day.

The property was very clean, great location

My only negative take away was that I was actually charged more than what I was told using booking.com and that had never happened in all the years using the app. I informed the manager but he stated that they had an additional tourist fee, but that was only .38 cent. They were all so nice and very professional I just didn’t make a huge fuss.

Hotel was easy to get to off of the highway and nearby there were many stores like a supermarket and Wal-Mart. Hot breakfast daily was great to have including toast and cereal eggs and sausage etc. The room was a really nice size. Included 2 comfortable beds and a couch. Fridge and microwave helped also in the room not a little square fridge a nice size not full but decent. Tv was large and the shower was a great large walk in. I would stay again nice size pool I didnt get to swim but checked it out. Staff was really professional and friendly. From kitchen to all housekeeping and front desk i felt welcomed and safe.

Nothing really it was a good stay

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, the comfort of the bed, the staff was very courteous and professional. I loved the fact there were gym a b d pool facilities, a complimentary breakfasr.

I didn't enjoy the eggs on the menu of complimentary breakfast. In my reservation I listed 3 adults but we always just got 2 sets of towels and had to ask for 3rd set.

The night we checked in the Front Desk Agent/Clerk was very helpful and pleasant. She did her best with helping a difficult person with a reservation issue and then handing out towels to another guest who was upset she had to come down and get them herself. All the while the Agent kept a smile on her face and gladly helped all who needed it. She needs to be commended for her positive attitude in the midst of disgruntle guests.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Good location for business purposes, not so much for leisure

The grounds needed some serious weed control; has beautiful flowering plants in the landscape but invasive weeds (18-24 inches tall) is taking over the beds. I did not know that Holiday Inn allowed dogs on property. One guest of three had a dog that barked a lot. I did not complain because once it took its walk, it calmed down. 7am "bark-up" call was annoying. The towels were really small and hard. great walk-in shower though.

We liked the idea of having breakfast available at the hotel, however, there needs to be more staff available as one person is not enough to make breakfast for all the hotel guests.

When we came down (8:00am), there was no hot breakfast available, we waited for a fee minutes and when it finally came, it was not enough for everyone that was waiting. There was no coffee available (only decaf) and the lady said she would bring some more and when she finally did, the coffee was really bad, it was very watered down (almost transparent) so we had to throw it away (we could say no coffe was brewed at all)

this property was so great! I give comfort level of the beds 10/10! super soft like on a cloud and that’s a major issue in hotel beds now a days.

One thing I didn’t like was there was random hairs in between the linen sheets which made me question whether the sheets were clean but other than that the hotel was exceptional! I would have liked if House keeping would’ve came daily for fresh towels but when we called the desk, the receptionist brought it to us right away! great service, would definitely stay again.
