I haven’t slept in a bed that comfortable in years. The bathroom was almost bigger than our master bathroom, it had a separate shower/toilet area from the sink/mirror area so someone can still get ready if somebody is in the shower or using the restroom. The pillows were like little clouds. I don’t know if all of the rooms have them but we just got a regular room and it had an L-shaped couch and an ottoman. The refrigerator was nicely hidden behind the cabinets. We had free HBO and the TV was large and the remote actually worked perfectly with a sleep timer. The room was quite large and very clean. There are convenient plugs between the beds along with the two lamps and an easy to read digital clock. The staff was outstanding and the breakfast was really really good. What a nice dog friendly hotel and we just loved it.

No benches outside and the coffee pot/coffee in the room was pretty bad. With all the other wonderful things they provide, you would think they would have a Keurig or something better.

Hyatt Place - Vacaville is our "go to" hotel whenever my Wife and I stay in Vacaville. The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and efficient. The amenities are perfect. What is there not to like about Hyatt Place - Vacaville.

Missing the doughnut holes at breakfast which were replaced by small muffins. Would like to see both bacon and sausage available at breakfast as well. Other than that, no complaints.

The breakfast is consistently good at the Hyatt - Vacaville. Plenty of choices and staff ensures it is always refreshed.

My Wife is disabled and requires wheelchair accommodation. I consistently request a handicapped room, both when I book my stay in advance and again when I arrive. In our more than half dozen stays at the Hyatt - Vacaville, we were only able to get a handicapped room once.

Breakfast here is mostly great! Staff is the greatest asset this place has! I've forgotten a couple but Meds/Sadie/Rafael/DeShawn on front desk were especially grand!

Food available for sale at bar - "processed meat product" done in Magic Chef does NOT cut it - horrible. Don't know about other choices although my sis said the chicken Caesar salad was good.

Love staying at the Hyatt Place - Vacaville. Staff always make us feel welcome and always go the extra distance to ensure our stay is wonderful.

The seating area in the room was great - felt like a suite/ separate from sleeping area.

Our rooms weren't available at check-in: waited over an hour. Then our allocated rooms were on different floors. When we finally got to our room, it was with disability access: we eventually settled for a queen room. Reception staff mentioned they were fully booked; felt as though priority was given to large wedding party staying at hotel. After venting our frustration, we were given a complimentary bar meal.

Location was great. The break was good

There were some couch pillows that had some stains. We are a family and wanted to have some cups, or some type of dishes to utilize while we were there. That was a downside considering there is almost an entire kitchen there, other than that. It was wonderful

We have stayed here numerous times with my family of 4. The hotel is pretty quiet, considering it’s on a busy street . The staff are very nice. The breakfast buffet is really good.

suggestion for the 1 bedroom suite : an extra garbage can for the kitchen and some paper towels. : )

The place was wonderful and the staff courteous, professional and kind. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing as far as thjs hotel. But this is the second survey I have filled out. Did my first one not get to you? I get a bunch of surveys but from now on when I get one from you guys I am less likely to fill it out. Please tell me what happened to my first one, because it takes time to fill these out.

The property was in a good location, off the fwy but still quite. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants and fast food, gas stations, and an Outlet Mall. Everything was immaculate and the staff was kind and informative.

We booked it for 4 People and there were only 3 pillows on each bed and 3 large towels…. I know it seems petty, but it’s my only complaint.
