The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was definitely a good value.

It was quite noisy. The walls are very thin. I had a strange woman just show up at my door at 11:00 and start knocking on it, waking me out of a sound sleep thinking I was supposed to know her. My best guess is she was probably a call girl. She was mad cuz I wouldn't open the door. The front desk person was nowhere to be seen. I had to go to the front desk and call for him to come out and ask him if he saw any of it. Since it happened on the first floor I thought maybe he would have heard it. He had no clue.

The amenities were good.. Old but good. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Breakfast had the same menu for all the days we stayed. The dining area was very cramped. The sensor light switches in the room were overly sensitive and would turn on randomly in the middle of the night. (This part has nothing to do with the hotel) The location felt like it was in the middle of nowhere even though it was just about 10 minutes in either direction to Vallejo and Napa. There were many fast food places but couldn't find any good real restaurants.

Quiet. Good breakfast... not just a continental breakfast. Plenty of options. 👍

Bed seemed comfy but my back was hurting in the morning. We like a firmer bed. You can't please everyone. A night light in the bathroom would have been nice. The TV channel guide didn't list the programming....only the call letters (CNN, HISTORY, FOOD...etc). None of these things are a deal breaker for us. We would definitely consider this place again.

The front desk staff were great upon check-in. The hotel seemed quiet enough. The hotel is only about a 15 minute drive from downtown Napa and was a great touch point for our weekend there. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying.

The breakfast location is quite cramped and I didn’t feel super safe with all the people crowded in there without masks. The hotel itself looks like it needs a bit of a refresh. The doors to every room are severely scuffed, the shower looked like it had been caulked by a 2 year old (very sloppy). The carpet is a bit worn. The walls are very thin and we could unfortunately hear our extremely loud snoring neighbour. It was so loud I had to wear ear plugs AND have the fan on in the room on high.

Good place to stay for the family with two kids exploring Napa and Sonoma region and trying to keep within reasonable costs. Nice rooms, free and well sized parking, meaningful breakfast, pool. Overall good value for money.

Still quite a drive to Napa and Sonoma but that was our decision.

The beds and duvets are very comfortable even the sofa bed! The water coming from the shower is great! Nice room temperature for the season! (Fall), Breakfast is well served and in good amount. Coffee is always available 24/7. The hotel is located by the highway but you can just hear minimal vehicle noise inside.

Clean, easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff! Rooms seem very very updated.

The TV guide never matched what was actually on the TV. For example, Friends on Nickelodeon would actually be SpongeBob SquarePants. It was more funny than a nuisance for me and a girlfriend, but I can see how that can be frustrating for other guests.

Close to Napa and Sonoma. Room was a great size and clean. Breakfast was good, I especially liked their coffee. Staff were nice.

Nothing, although bubbles in spa were not working. Wasn’t too upset about it, though.

Toilet paper holder was bent so that the tissue flew off and rolled across the floor. It was not usable. I mentioned it to staff and was told that they are all like that. Seriously? This should be addressed.

Lovely property with spacious and well equipped units, decent breakfast and great service (Jo on the front desk was amazing, she is a natural service industry worker/future manager). It was clean and had ample parking. it is best to have a car when visiting, but there are also shops and amenities within walking distance.
