Good sized rooms. Mostly clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and tasty.

We booked two rooms. One was great, very clean and comfy with a couch. The other was smaller and not well cleaned even after a cleaner was sent up at our complaint. Also, the day we were supposed to check out, my mom came back to the room after breakfast at 8 am and found a cleaner already cleaning our room. After confirming we were checking out that day, the cleaner left. It was only much later that I realized they had taken everything I left in the bathroom (face towel, body wash, etc). I really liked the hotel but there seems to be some communication problems between the staff on cleaning matters.

Location is close enough to Napa Valley and Sonoma if you are looking for something close by but not pay the NAPA pricing. This location offered great breakfast compared to other hotel chain breakfasts.. they had scrambled eggs one morning and premade omelettes the next... your usuals like toast, waffle station etc. but they also had fresh fruit salad. If you are a breakfast person, this is important to you. The room was clean and updated but our room had some very minor issues that we reported to the front. The hotel has a some items for sale (wine, snacks etc.) which is very convenient. Lots of families with kids as there's a Six Flags practically next door.

it's an older property so the bathroom doesn't have a vent for the steam to leave.

The location was exceptional, and the continental breakfast was delicious and had so many options. the bed was comfy and the entire place was very clean. I loved that they had iced lemon water and various coffee/tea out for guests all day long.

The main reason I chose this hotel over another one was because it had a hot tub, and the hot tub wasn’t open the entire time we were there, and we weren’t given a reason for it. it bummed me out that the hot tub wasn’t open the entire time, and no staff could tell us why. They just said it wasn’t open.

I loved the clean bathroom. Even after my roommates used it , the bath/shower was cleaner than other hotels, (which is very sad). I brought my dog and the staff was very friendly. The beds were clean and fresh. Lots of pillows. The breakfast was amazing! It was really cool that inside one of the cabinets instead of shelves there were racks. With the room numbers had neat pictures as well so you can remember where your room is better. Mine had a map of Colorado. The theme is nautical.

Couldn't find the emergency stairs. I get vertigo in an elevator. Pet fee was really high!

The staff were absolutely wonderful from everyone at the desk to the housekeeper’s. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone went above and beyond, and was so friendly out of all the hotels I have stayed at this was by far the best experience, and I highly recommend it.

My conditioner was pretty much empty in the bathroom, but they gave us travel size conditioners. I even loved the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions that were supplied in the room.

I loved that the whole piece of property was fenced in, there are cameras everywhere outside and inside the building. The breakfast area was quite large and the seating area was beautifully set up. it is a very spacious area, and there were tables with places to plug in electronics to charge also. The menu for breakfast was always delicious. And the ladies who were constantly cooking breakfast were always on top of things and the food was always kept full. they offer an array of food, they had waffles fruit scrambled eggs, several types of meat. Cereal milk bread bagels. And several other items. they had cartons of milk and every day we stayed they had four different types of fruit juice to choose from. The staff was always very friendly. I enjoyed greeting them every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was a very enjoyable visit to this hotel. The swimming pool was fantastic, as was the hot tub.

I wasn’t too crazy about the fact that one side of the hotel faces the bad part of town and the other side of the hotel faces the good side of town. however, that being said there is a fence that goes around the whole hotel so I did feel safe.

Everything! Great value for having 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for one person. Enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner, TV was great even though I hardly watch it. The breakfast itself was God and satisfying, much better than my regular hotel I stay at. Great selection of snacks, food and drinks. Very stocked!

The fact I didn't have an hdmi cable to connect to my laptop. No bar on site but that's alright.

I love the breakfast, the smell of the entire hotel and the decorations. In general, I've had very good experiences with the Hampton inns I've stayed.

A very unfortunate visitor was in my room when I first arrived: a tiny roach on the desk. Got rid of it, was the only one I spotted. It was weird because the entire room was very clean, including the carpet. I informed the front desk, I'm pretty sure they will check.

The breakfast was delicious.. so many choices to to choose from…I was having a little problem making a waffle, and one of the staff personal offered to make it for me, and bring it to my table…..she went beyond the call of duty….all the staff were very friendly. Very clean room. The pool are was very enjoyable with cabanas, and lounge chairs, made for two people to enjoy. Nice big towels near the pool….everything was well thought out… loved it!!!

I can’t think of anything negative..everything was fantastic. We even got to check in earlier, and asked if we could stay an extra hour at check out, and they said yes…I will definitely go back for another stay..

I believe her name was Debbie. She helped us in the breakfast dining room and checking out in the morning on 3/3 and she was AMAZING!! We came because my mom is in the hospital. It's a hard situation but Debbie was kind, upbeat and proud of her very fine hotel. Thanks to her for being so helpful in the morning and the extra ray of sunshine we needed before going to the hospital.
