The staff was welcoming and friendly. Great services. The location, walking distance to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. The bed was comfy. The shower was nice and warm. The AC was strong and cold.

The pool was closed on arrival. My autistic son had a meltdown. But enjoyed the night swim the next day. The room is too small and little out dated. No free breakfast onsite. But the restaurant menu was affordable and quiet good. Upon arrival another family car got stolen during their stay. So I was nervous about leaving my car overnight but thank goodness nothing happened.

Location, the friendly lady at front desk and the hotel was nice

Bed was clearly very very old and had a huge dip in the middle. The comforter and sheets and blanket were also also clearly very old, not dirty just did not feel comfortable laying in them. A bunch of people were complaining about the old desk chair but I don't see what the big deal is if it looks old its just a chair. Also was kind of upset because the bistro that they show on their website was not open the entire time I was there

Location to Six Flags. Very comfortable beds, bedding was perfect for weather. Water pressure in the shower was good.

Had to wash the glass cups myself, they were dirty and appeared to be wiped out rather than washed. Missing hair blow dryer and thermostat kept going to error but was able to control temperature by using control panel on unit. Maybe needed new batteries.

Staff was nice, rooms were clean, plenty of parking and location to park was ideal, lobby had a lot of seating and the AC worked well.

Broken coffee maker, the cafe downstairs was closed in the morning for some reason, elevators are kinda laggy, bathroom could have used more light but it was a handicapped room so it was probably bigger than most.

The location is perfect. The staff was really friendly especially at check in. The hot shower was amazing. It was quiet. When we needed towels,toilet paper and trash bags they were brought to us immediately.

One of our queen beds had red spot stains on the blankets. The bed wasn't very comfortable. And the restaurant wasn't open Sunday morning for food. We had no trash bags and they don't clean the room daily.

We had a motor home and they allowed us to park close to office for security. We paid to stay in parking lot while we visited the six flags discovery Kingdom. It was very convenient!

Nothing-had a good night's rest.

The staff has always been friendly & courteous every time we have stayed. I liked everything as always. The beds are so soft & comfy.

The bathroom sink drained REALLY slow & the pipe underneath leaked.

The Rep at check in was very professional which I totally appreciate! I felt like a valued "customer" and not just someone checking in for the nite. The Reps at the bar were great too! The cesear salad was delish. The choices of red wine were delish too. ULTIMATELY THE BED WAS SUPER COMFORTABLE!!!!!

The only minor concern I had was someone peeled part of the door panel off the adjoirning room. It looks as if the door is open or someone can come in. Traveling by yourself in an unknown area can be a bit scary. The comfortable looking executive chair would've been ideal for work, but the material was peeling. It kind of looked horrific and I refused to sit in it.

I would REALLY expect free coffee at least as a SILVER MEMBERa nd certainly wd like free breakfast as SILVER member. No fre coffee was Cheap...and the in room coffee is cheap and sucks!!!

The location was good. Nice big room. Clean. Staff were very friendly. The fitness center was ok, not much going on in there but it was open which counts for something. The bathroom was large.

My only real gripe is that the fridge was the smallest one I have ever seen. When I am in a hotel for days on business I like to buy some healthy food for the fridge and there was really just no space for much. Also, the shower had a really bright light built into the shower that couldn't be turned off.
