Breakfast was okay for being free, but could be better. The rooms were nice, clean, & modern. I liked that I could travel with my pet, of course with an extra fee of $75. I also like that the hotel is close to Westfield Topanga shopping mall, one of the best malls in LA.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking, $31 extra a night just for parking that's ridiculous, hotel guests shouldn't have to pay for parking. The other thing I didn't like is that the room's bathroom door could not lock; and because its like a sliding barn door there is a 1 inch gap on the side that others staying with you could see through. (Imagine taking a poop with the door cracked opened, not cool, lack of privacy.) We took our baby and requested a crib, which was just a pack n' play; babies practically sleep 3 inches off of the floor.

We much enjoyed the stay.The staff is welcoming, happy, cordial, and friendly. The breakfast staff as well, very helpful and attentive! Serving from a selection of fruits oatmeal,waffles with toppings, and different style eggs like omelets, sausage or ham cheese egg corssount, Deliciouse broccoli orange pimiento cheese Quiche, which I loved the most. The breakfast bar is delicious! Must say the rooms are very clean, comfortable and bigger than other places. The drive to Malibu Beach, along with other beaches like Zuma beach and El Matador, coast was approx 25 minutes to visit. However, watch the traffic hrs and hollidays may delay. My kids had lots of fun. Thank you! :)

New, clean hotel, attentive staff, always smiling, location clean, shopping options around, close to Topanga views, Malibu, very nice sized and equipped fitness with street view

Super loud air conditioning in the room, less comfortable pull out cauch for the kids, we had to make our bed ourselves at arrival, small indoor swimming pool

It was clean, the room was comfortable. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were super friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean. Loved the breakfast selections. Loved the kitchenette-after a long day of traveling we ordered takeout and ate off of real plates.

The “restaurant” was just okay. We came in later in the evening, too tired to go out after a day of driving. The menu selection was pretty limited.

Everything was convenient having a kitchen after basically refrigerator. Microwave sink needs a burner.

Did not appreciate the required parking issue with everything being valet and the cost for the valet It wasn’t on the Internet when I was booking the hotel so instead of cost in a certain amount, it cost me an extra hundred bucks basically

What I liked about the property is it was super clean. There were no kind of bugs. The hotel Manager was very polite in greeting us upon arrival.

The front desk who checked us in was not friendly and was not as informative as she could of been. I didn’t like that there were no restaurant in the hotel. I was not able to download BET+ on the tv or cast to tv.

Breakfast was awesome, fresh and delicious. Luis served up everything with first class customer service. Give this man a raise!

Place needs free parking. It was expensive.

It was very beautiful and comforting. All staff were very helpful and respectful when it came to my needs. The room didn't come with much of a view, but the room was clean and very modern. Will definitely be coming back!!

Being forced to pay for Valet Parking and not being able to access my car quick enough.

There is a $31 for parking overnight. But they give me a discount. Still, it's Not included in the stay. I stayed for 12 days, and it's a lot of money. 👎🏼 When I arrived at the room, I noticed that the dishes were not properly clean. The f glasses, the utensils. And there was some hair on the bedsheet.

Need more variety of meats, like turkey for people who don't eat pork or beef. The area was empty of food and stocking needs to be done more frequently. No creams for coffee.
