Rooms seemed fine and roomy compared to what I expected. Decent amenities, staff was super nice and helpful.

There was a chair in our room that looked like it was pulled in from being outside for a few years....it was bleached and just sorta, not up to par with a hotel, more like something you would see outfront of a college frat house. It wasnt torn or ripped but definitely aged.... It was just something that took away from the overall intial clean feeling we had about the place and stood out. Room 1621 -blue chair need front door.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were surprisingly robust for "continental," with a couple hot items per day, including eggs, bacon, etc.

We are not typically picky about such things but the bed on the foldout sofa was *really* thin and uncomfortable, with the bars underneath pressing into our backs all night. Also, the foldouts do not come made up - we were handed a bag with sheets, pillows, etc., at check-in.

I love that the facilities were clean the rooms were Giant and there's a pool on site but it does close at 9:00 so get there early if you plan to swim. Staff was pleasant. Wonderful bed wonderful room great stay.

Breakfast left something to be desired but that's due to covid not because the hotel. I also didn't like that the pool closed at 9:00 instead of 10:00 or 11:00 like most hotels as it felt like it was more of a thing to look at considering checking is at 4:00. Also would have liked it earlier check in then 4:00.

They provided a grab-and-go breakfast. But rather than a prebagged item I was able to look at the (wide) variety of breakfast items and could pick and choose what me and my partner wanted. Loved the pool and outdoor lounging area - wish that i could use it more, but had plans to meet with friends and we did not have a chance to use it much. Still, it was a nice feature

I wanted to extend my reservation and had to go through hoops to do it. Had to reregister as a guest and had to put another hold on my credit card for this. Why couldn't they just roll over all the information (credit card hold, parking, registration form) for the additional day.

Friendly staff. Nice spacious 1 bedroom suite with comfortable bed. excellent ADA bathroom. Spotlessly clean. great cool aircon. flat screen in living area and bedroom. Kitchenette with full frig dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. Accepted my 15 lb dog which is hard to find! grab & go Breakfasts pretty good. will return!

no elevator so if you are handicapped have to get ground floor room. Parking is minimal. Maid service on request as are new towels.

I like breakfasts, however during the pandemic time it has to be served by the employee. Usually it was a polite elder man, I like the customer service in the hotel,

The location was a bit far from shopping malls, however a few restaurants were in a walking distance: Indian, Thai, Mexican, Check-in was not the nice experience, we arrived quite late at night, we wanted to change the room as the view was not good. A big man with the glass ball on the chain made problems and was not polite.

Well I pretty much answer that in the what didn't you like section wasn't too much to not like. However, to add to the pros, the rooms were exceptionally great, large, comfortable, the kitchens were very very convenient and the bed was super comfortable.

Well, I stayed one more night over my reservation and that one night was almost as expensive as the three nights in my reservation. I'm going to call and make sure that there were no accidental charges. Other than that the hotel was great the staff was great that location was great an overall great experience.

We stayed here with family to celebrate my husband's birthday and we loved it! We used the BBQ and spent time in the pool. The room was pretty big, each room with its own bathroom; it was like a small apartment. Breakfast was good too, with several options. We enjoyed it very much and we'll definitely come back!

Great room most of the employees are very pleasant and helpful, good breakfast the young lady who cooks and serves is a jewel along with the house keeping employees

I stayed there for over a month then went to extend my stay and was told there was no rooms available, you'd think that after staying there a month extending once a week they'd have the courtesy to see if we were staying or extending another week instead of just putting us out on our ass. I was disappointed by that considering it always seemed like a place with a little more class and consideration for there guests especially ones who have been staying there for a while..

With Covid protections, the staff prepared a reasonable buffet-style breakfast for take-away. The kitchen was a good size and functioned well. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cleaning of the common areas (stairs and exterior walkways) was infrequent; a lot of garbage was left outside the room next to ours for two days. But that wasn't a serious issue for us, just a little unsightly.
