There is nothing that I do not like- about this place. It is the only place left in the Valley- that is both AFFORDABLE, & CLEAN. They do an excellent, and thorough job cleaning the rooms. I mean, the walls, inside drawers, baseboards, behind & inside fridge.. It is impressive, actually. The staff is helpful, if you need them- but they respect your privacy. There is never any "riff-raff' (day or night). You could not ask for a better location- being that it is on Ventura Blvd, and directly off the 101 fwy. Topanga Cyn, is 1 block away. Take that 20 minutes, and you will be at the ocean. The property is shared with a small burger place (Boulevard Burgers), which also makes really great breakfast. Pool in the courtyard.. Can't beat this place. Highly recommend!!

I like everything.

The location was perfect as my daughter was having surgery at the nearby Kaiser Hospital. The breakfast was more than adequate all I needed a great muffin and coffee. The room was immaculate. I know this is an older property but I valued the previous Reviews and booked. This is a great property and location for travelers who are here in Ca to enjoy all that Los Angeles and Hollywood offer for entertainment etc. Who stays in their hotel room 24/7? You need a safe, clean environment for rest and this was it. David the staff member in the office was so kind, helpful, and friendly.

Love this place. Exceptionally clean & excellent location. Staff/Management do an all around excellent job. Much lower price, than anywhere else in the area. I find it ridiculous that anyone would complain about the breakfast being "only muffins". This place is not a corporation. To expect scrambled eggs, and bacon- is pretty silly. They have muffins, and coffee, and tea available each morning- and for the record: they are very large muffins, and are super good!

Breakfast wasn't included but on everyday morning you can grab some muffins and tea or coffee from the office. Room was big enough for us and really clean - was cleaning everyday.

If you want to use a jacuzzi you have to ask about it at the office. Only they have an acess to turn on jacuzzi and theres no any information around the pool about it.

Everything was rather modest, but good enough. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was serviceable, and the (non-street-side room was relatively quiet). The staff was lovely -- kudos to both David and Patrick -- and the very simple breakfast was okay.

Nothing actually, although the pillows could have been fluffier, the shower a tad bit cleaner, and the room a bit more upscale.

Location is perfect if you do not want to stay in the middle of Downtown or the more touristy area. You can park free, grocery shopping is close. There is a small pool and jacuzzi, vending machine with cold drinks. Wifi works well, staff is at hand if needed, check-in and out was a breeze. It was even in a better shape than the usual cheap hotels in the States.

I can not really point out negatives, I know what I can expect for this price and I feel I've got a bit more

Convenient location, great price, easy to find, free parking, free wifi, extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. Check in was supposed to be at midnight, but flight was delayed, so didn’t check in until 2:30am! Even so, Sorina at front desk was incredibly kind and showed us right to our room. She even offered late check out, if we wanted. Anytime I’m coming through LA, I will be staying here.

Nothing not to like! Didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of pool and hot tub, but hopefully, next time.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Of course I love that jacuzzi and swimming pool. And I feel safe parking my car in the parking lot which is visible from the hotel room

Actually I like the free breakfast but I didn't like the fact that I woke up too late to get it but that's on me

The guy at the front desk allowed me an early check-in which I really appreciate cuz it was so hot outside. Plus there is a pool and jacuzzi and it's actually open. This hotel is above and beyond all other hotels in the area I highly recommend it amazing deal for the price.

I didn't like that I had to check out the next day. Next time I will probably stay for a week !
