Staff was very friendly, accommodating and family orientated, They made us feel super welcomed, secure and went far and beyond to accommodate our stay, I made the Cabana inn our first choice of hotels to pick from, On more then just one occasion, My booking was miss dated and they work even harder to get me accommodations beyond what I paid for. Can't give a Mr. Umang hotel Manager enough credit or thank enough making it possible for me to get a room at the last minute late in the day at a most comparable price and extra, Thank you and your family for making my weekend stay most memorable. Number 1 place to pick of hotels to stay in long Beach or any near by cities. Don't trust my word come see for yourself. You you guys again on my next stay Cabana Inn love this place ❤️

Nothing to dislike

the room, bathroom, parking (good availability), coffee maker, fridge, heater

The hotel's website advertised hot breakfast but there was no breakfast. This should've been mentioned somewhere, at least upon check in. Also, check-in/out was at a night window, even during the day. It was cold outside and would've been nice to go inside the lobby for warmth and safety (considering the neighborhood). Also some parts of the room could've been cleaner.

There was a slip up in our booking but the GM went over and beyond to help get it taken care of and put us in a very convenient room with no increase in price. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed . The GM stayed welcoming throughout our stay. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price to stay is a bargain.

There is nothing to dislike about this facility or management.

The hotel room was neat and clean. And it was nicely renovated in the bathroom. It what we needed for the 2 nights that we were there.

The breakfast was lackluster I was expecting something hot yet all there was was cold cereal and a few pastries and bread to toast with Jam to eat. There was coffee and juices which was nice. It wasn't much but it was something.

Is a great place- however in this room little details need to be fixed- the couch is to old the leather sofa looks like they found on the trash. - the carpet was burn. The sink has old stains of nail polish

The breakfast not good- old bread- no juice in the machine- and it was so hot in the dining room if that’s a dining room🧐

Bed, TV, food, the shower, the internet speed.

It's understandable, but housekeeping is too loud. For example when there is one of them in the second floor cleaning a room and another needs to call her, they yell out of the top of their lungs and they wake those who are sleeping. Aside from that, front desk lady is awesome, very polite and pays attention to detail. Parking is great. That's about it for now.

This convenient load/unload at the door 70's era motel with large rooms has been refurbished to a very high standard. For business use, comfort, work area, wifi was great. Large screen TV with dish network was nice. Could prepare my own meal for convenience with microwave and refrig.

Only issue was with awesome walk-in shower's slippery floor which made me wary.

the room was comfortable, quiet, bed, and pillows comfy. although I don’t think the shower was cleaned during my stay. I liked the front desk staff, and the location is close to restaurants/fast food places to eat. thank you

the exterior walkway, gravel area of my room had gum and candy wrappers , receipts for the days I spent here. the walkway was also dirty with some kind of spill.

This is my third time at this hotel in 3 years, and I am glad to say that it is still the best choice if you are staying in the area. Pandemic did not affect its service. Will continue to stay there in the future.

The bed was SO comfy. Easy check in, quiet, friendly staff, clean. I had a really lovely stay

I personally don't love the immediate surrounding area of this place but I have zero complaints on the hotel/motel itself
