Even though there was an issue with the booking Jaques ( new girl) was patient and positive the whole time... loved the experience

Slipped on the ice...looked around web in the ground to trash.... was cleaned up the next day.. snowed ago no difference... nothing in soda machines... looked under my bed trashed... no hot water.. work in progress

Accommodation for a floor room .. I did ask for it at my time of reservation.but at arrival tried giving me an upstairs room.. I explained about needing a bottom room due to arthritis in my knees and was given a down stairs room ..with no hesitation..

When I reserved my room I put that I needed a down stair room and at check in they tried giving me an up stair accommodation..

Friendly staff

We were locked out but weren’t checking out until the next day. We were visiting family and got back late and couldn’t get in. However, it took only 5 minutes for staff to respond and let us in.

I absolutely adore the staff... They are one of they most exceptional, outgoing and thoughtful staff at a hotel I've ever stayed at!! Thank you Teresa! Best manager! She was patient courteous and kind throughout my stay! Great location! Clean rooms!!

Everything!! I get paid daily and the staff always wait till I get off work to pay my room which is helpful and stress free from for me. Everyone who works at the front desk is perfect!! Thank y'all again

Nothing

The room was pretty clean, however there were some small number of crumbs in the drawers. But their service was excellent, and check-in did not take long at all.

I just wiped the crumbs out myself.

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I don't like but love Teresa, Marlena, Tabitha and crew for being an above excellent hosts. They really go out of their way to make your stay special!

I couldn't stay forever!

I had just had surgery so when I did the reservation I explained that I had just had surgery 4 days before and couldn't climb stairs. They called me to let me know they had a ground floor room and could accommodate me. I loved that it wasn't just a faceless, voiceless email. At check in they asked how I was feeling after my surgery.

The pillows just deflated where your head laid. I was lucky and had brought mine from home but if I would have slept on those I would have woke up with a kink in my neck. Also towels could be bigger and more absorbent.

Beds were comfy. Great receptionist. She was lovely. Close to whatever you need, restaurants, public transportation. 7 min walk min

YES AND IF YOU ASK FOR A BIT MORE ATTENTION OF NEEDED THEY HELP

I didn't like the fact that it was cold outside.
