The Lodge was in a quiet location on top of a hill with views of the mountains and ski runs of Breckenridge. The outdoor decks, fire pits and hot tubs were so relaxing. Loved that the Lodge had its own restaurant and bar. The rooms were spacious, clean and had lots of amenities (iron, ironing board, extra blankets and pillows, hairdryer, humidifier, robes, refrigerator, luggage rack, etc.)

Breakfast was included which was nice, but the coffee was way too weak for my taste and not very hot. We also paid extra to check in early, but our room was not ready. On a positive note, The front desk staff did refund our money and provided us another room with an amazing view.

The room was large and comfortable with spectacular views over the mountains. The only downside was the acoustics as one of our neighbours could be heard talking until four in the morning! Perhaps they were just exceptionally loud. The facilities were excellent, the location fantastic (there is a shuttle available on request to get you into town and back.) and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The person on shift at the check-in counter upon our arrival (middle-aged gentleman, with long hair,he didn’t bother to introduce himself, so we don’t have his name), wasn’t very friendly and left out some critical information, like reserving a table for dinner beforehand, telling us there would be a wedding at the venue and not informing us that there wont be housekeeping for our 2 night stay. This might be common knowledge to regular guests, however, he made is blatantly obvious that it was our first time there, after asking us that repeatedly and performing a smaller version of the Spanish Inquisition in the same manner and likeness. Other than this individual, all other staff were very polite and respectful.

The view was absolutely phenomenal from my room, Beats anything else you can get in the upscale hotels in downtown Breckenridge that cost an arm and a leg to stay at! The on-site restaurant isn't cheap, but it does serve high quality food & drinks with that same amazing view

The free breakfasts was good, but it could have been switched up every couple days or so - it was the same thing every day, and on one day the coffee was gone by 8:30 AM! Luckily there was a real (not crappy hotel quality) coffee maker in my room that came in handy.

The inside of the lodge, as well as the surrounding town is very quant. The entrance was very welcoming and Garret made sure we got a mini tour of where everything was. The breakfast was amazing and we had a lot of variety to choose from which made this perfect as I was on a strict diet. My husband especially enjoyed the restaurant meals and the bar, the food was sublime and the drinks were well served.

Only negative would be that when we went to use the hot tub it was filled with dead flies. I had to clean this up as I don’t like to ask for help but it really wasn’t a problem.

We loved the location on the mountains. Amazing views from our room. They have a shuffle to take you anywhere you want and they pick you up as well. It was very convenient for us to not worried about taking an Uber. The shuffle driver was extremely nice! Great breakfast with outstanding views. The staff were incredible. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They definitely gave us the extra bit of service.

Pillows were uncomfortable and we didn’t have a microwave in our room.

The view was spectacular. I absolutely loved it. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. This stop made an excellent addition to our weeklong vacation.

I would have liked an air conditioner in my room, and the beds seemed possibly smaller than the queen beds I had booked. A luggage cart to carry all of our bags would have been nice, and possibly a larger selection on the menu.

“Mountain View” room with a Million Dollar View. We were fortunate enough to get a balcony room. We enjoyed sitting and soaking in those mountain views, and watching the night sky with stars so bright. This was our main reason for picking The Lodge at Breckenridge.

They are in the process of remodeling the rooms and adding air conditioner. The room had been remodeled, but there are still things they have to complete like no covers on floor vents. No air condition makes it stuffy to sleep, but I was aware of this when I reserved our room.

The view was the best we ever had from a hotel room! The room was nice and large. Parking was easy. The hot tub was great with a wonderful view too. The woman at the front desk from Palm Springs was super nice.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good. The bathroom didn’t have enough counter space and was very small. Somewhat outdated.

The facility was amazing! We asked for a mountain view...definitely worth it! The view is like a postcard! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. Also, they provide shuttle service to the ski hills or anywhere else you want to go so we never had to use our car and pay the exorbitant public parking costs in town.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
