The people at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The drivers of the van were also helpful and friendly. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs.

Check out is a bit early. 11 would be better.

Excellent three nights in this great hotel. Beautiful spacious suite with every facility, including full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, balcony, sitting and dining area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We made full use of the facilities including the well equipped gym and amazing heated indoor/outdoor pool and spa pools with views to the mountains. We also enjoyed light meals ordered from the bar/lounge area and got quite addicted to playing shuffleboard! A great area for hiking/ biking and enjoying the Oktober Fest entertainment in Breckenridge and Vail - added bonus over the weekend we were there.

this property was amazing. We honestly felt like we were some of the first people to ever use this stuff. Everything was very well kept, the pool and hot tubs were amazing, and the staff was very friendly. we honestly were planning on going to the hot springs one night but decided not to because the hotel hot tubs were so nice. The room was very nice and cozy. The gas fire place was a hit and the mini kitchen was great. We used the shuttle into town a lot. It was great and Brian (shuttle driver) was the best! We took the free bus back to the hotel later in the evening and the bus stops right in front of the hotel. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend!

The dryer in the room took multiple cycles to dry some things. It seems like the moisture sensor in the dryer doesn’t work well. We finally figured out that we could just do a timed dry and cut out all of the “smart” dryer settings.

Nice place to stay for some relaxed days, wonderful landscape can be seen from warm outdoor pool, nice pool area for our son with a slide, city nearby is goergous, staff is nice, hotel design is nice, nice room interior with all you will need to take care of your own food...

Housekeeping didn't clean room, pool appeared to be not perfectly clean and high concentration of chlor (normally my eyes are not that senstive to chlor, but here they were), the booked "villa" appeared to be just a large suite style room with full kitchen and washing machine, it has nothing to do with actually a villa, but didn't bother me. Just good to know... - but these items didn't change the overall good impression and fun we had!

Beautiful property, located just before the town of Breckinridge. A shuttle takes you to/from the town so can enjoy all the shopping/eating and drinking you want without the hassles of trying to find parking and worrying about drinking to much and driving. While enjoying the jacuzzi at night (brrrr!) we had some local deer keeping an eye on us from other side of fencing. Warmed up around the fireplace afterwards. The bar inside the lodge area is fantastic. The female bartender makes her own infused cocktails that are so smooth and tasty but lethal 😋

The shower curtain didn’t even reach the top of the tub so when taking a shower, the water went thru the gap and left a lake outside on the bathroom floor. Used up the towels mopping the water up. notified front desk when checking out.

Absolutely beautiful property.

This complaint is directed to Hyatt in general because this was our second Hyatt that we stayed at on this trip. In both hotels you have to accept their Wi-Fi to watch anything except abc, cbs, nbc or fox. My phone said not allowed to many hackers in area. So we couldn’t watch much on tv disappointing especially when you can’t sleep. Until this issue is corrected at Hyatt we won’t be back to one of their properties. A shame because this is a fabulous hotel.

We spontaneously stayed 3 nights here and had the best time. Great value during shoulder season. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and when we entered our room, I actually screamed with how nice it was. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and gas fireplace at the foot of the bed. TV in living room and bedroom. New appliances and great amenities! We loved being able to have gym access, rent bikes, and end our days in the heated pools with the mountains in the background. Hope to come back!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The location was perfect, and they provided shuttle service to two ski lifts. There is equipment rental on site. Unfortunately they weren't open/present when I wanted to rent (and it was well after the time they were supposed to be open), so the staff actually shuttled me to another rental. The room was very comfortable with everything needed for living for a few days. There was also plenty parking and the property was plowed adequately whenever it snowed.

Everything was super impressive from the start. The reception area was amazing! Check in was easy and the staff were so friendly. We were blown away with the 2 bed villa. Plenty of room for 4 adults and super clean!!! Even the pots and pans, glassware, silverware, bathrooms and everything were gleaming. We had a pool view and lovely balcony. The lounge area was super comfy and they sold various food items there at very reasonable prices. One of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Super clean with various items available for a work out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As we were only there for one night we wanted to make the best use of the facilities. Especially the outdoor heated pools. We thought 10.00 am was rather early for check out so later on in the evening we requested a later check out of 11.00 am. (Which is the norm in most hotels) The young man on reception said that wouldn't be a problem and that we would have top priority in the morning for this request. This made us super excited and happy. Imagine our disappointment when the morning reception team said that they couldn't oblige. That was my only gripe about our stay.

The property was beautiful and the room was extremely comfortable. Ashley in the bar was awesome! She took the time to get to know us and our pallet She suggested drinks that were spot on that were her own creations! She represented the facility in the best manner possible!

The website indicated that there was a full-service restaurant on the property. However the menu was extremely limited, and was warmed up food from a microwave! We based our travel plans on having this amenity available to us and were unaware that the menu was so limited. This will prohibit us from returning to the property if their restaurant menu is in is not improved greatly.
