One Ski Hill, A RockResort

breakfast was ok, it was nice that it was included but would not have paid the price it was.....the staff was nice and the shuttle service was excellent for getting back to resort while in town. Also having the gondola on site was a huge advantage to get into town... The pool and hot tub area was really nice.

I thought it was weird there was no dresser to put clothes in, so that was a little inconvienent......the fact the bed doesn't face the tv is not ideal....and finally there was no bar/restaurant open for guests after 5pm which would be nice.........these were not things that were a huge deal but things that were not ideal

Breakfast was nice, with several options, accommodating varied dietary needs, which was appreciated. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Breckenridge Gondola, and excellent views.

The front desk staff were great, but I feel like they were short-handed. I understand it was the off season, but a single attendant is being asked to handle multiple responsibilities. The pool table pockets were broken. Not a big deal, but something we noticed.

The breakfast had good choices. Apartment had everything you could imagine. Location was perfect at the bottom of the mountain. Free shuttle to take you places. Free parking. Bowling lane at resort was fun.

The hot breakfast was cold. Construction outside our balcony facing the slope side was loud beginning at 7:00 every morning. Pillows in beds were too big and hard.

Pretty good but pancakes, french toast, waffles need some work.

The couch and chair were not very comfortable. The bed seemed to be on the floor and bedding was not so good. Dresser had a broken drawer and was not much room between the dresser and the bed.

When we walked in the room it was jaw dropping, so luxurious, perfect set up for our family. The facilities were amazing.

The oven in our room was broken. There was construction that prevented the children’s cart/rollercoaster from being opened.

We spent the weekend to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The location is unparalleled, our apartment was larger than comparable units around, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they have thought of every detail to pamper their guests... no lugging ski equipment around, the ski valet gets them from your car as soon as you arrive and has them ready right next to the slope every time you need them. No need to drive around town and worry about parking, there is a shuttle that you can call in demand between 7am and 10pm (makes drinking while out in the town safe too). You do need reservations for the aquatic areas (to avoid crowds) so plan ahead, same with spa services (these ones required a 48 hrs advance reservation). It was more and better than I expected.

the property was very modern and luxurious. the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. I can’t say enough about this place. do not hesitate to stay here!

10/10 The studio apartment was very nice, and perfect for a getaway. Plenty of room for 2 people to relax and enjoy time together. The staff was exceptional aswell. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the mountains. Whether you are skiing or just going to see the sights it was in a great location to go do or see whatever you want to without driving too far from the resort.

Rooms were quiet, comfortable and well equipped with all the comforts I needed. Will definitely stay there again.

There was no access to Netflix or other networks on their TV.

Mika and Andrea were so great to talk to at breakfast, absolutely made my stay memorable. Very cozy place with an amazing spa.
