Beaver Run Resort

Loved the location and the plethora of room sizes. We had 6 rooms in our family stay, a two bedroom suite, two hotel rooms, a suite with a balcony and a suite with a full kitchen and a bedroom and they all accommodated everyone nicely. The property was gorgeous and well taken care of. I had plenty of space to get ready for my wedding in and lots of places for photos. Since there were ~20 of us the shuttle service was PHENOMENAL. We loved all of the drivers and it was so nice to be able to ride into town with all of our group at once.

Wish the buildings were a little easier to access, I had family in buildings 2 and 4 and it was several rides on elevators and it took us all about three days really be able to navigate how to get to and from. Some signage would have been helpful. Some of the front desk staff seemed to not really have any idea what was going on with payments and rooms and they required managers to get rooms taken care of appropriately twice. Management was great though. One of the rooms had the tiniest window for air and it stayed really warm in there, some AC in a few rooms or bigger windows that open would really be helpful, or those rooms just shouldn’t be used in the summer.

It is at overall very complete resort, everything you need within it and unbeatable location. Has its own bus stop that will take you for free to pretty much anywhere in town and little stores.

Great amenities but too expensive. Even water in the resort is ridiculously pricey and amenities are nice but it is too crowded. Resort is huge and was full so getting breakfast in the morning or getting the room elevator had some big wait time. Also the rooms are old, so things like kitchen were falling apart.

we have stayed here for years. the location is perfect for skiing. Everything is so convenient.

Last year the hot tubs were so bleachy that our bathing suits were ruined. This year the hot tubs were kind of dirty, full of hair, and the jets were not working well on several of the units outside of building 2. Also the Coppertop bar closed at 5, and the other bar was closed 2 days we were there. It would be nice to be able to get a cocktail without going into the restaurant or having to leave the property.

Lots of pools and hot tubs although half were out of order. The heated pool was great, swimming under the stars in the snow was amazing! Heated walk-ways between the buildings were nice as well. The beds are amazing! The rooms are amazing!

The restaurant did not meet the quality of the rest of the establishment. It's not that the food was bad but it was about what you would expect at Golden Corral the meat was very dry. The staff didn't seem to care and was a little on the rude side in the evening.

Location is perfect for skiing. Ski rental, storage, and lift right pretty much on the premise. Nice hot tubs after long day of skiing. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Although there were several restaurants, most close at 9pm or earlier. Mattress was likely old and seemed to provide poor support. Temperature regulation in room was not good. It would get very hot at night time disturbing sleep and we had to open the windows to cool the room down, but our friends in another room did not have this issue.

Hotel was perfect for our needs and the room was clean and comfortable. It's all we ask for! The shuttle service was also very nice and worked out really well for our trips into town!

The reviews had us worried that we would end up with a dirty room, however, this was not the case. We were pleased with our stay, including the staff that allowed us to check in early! We appreciated that!

Couldn’t ask for a better location to the lift. Ski In/Out. The suites have the perfect setup for self catering.

The noise between the rooms can be quite bad. We heard every person with a crying baby and loud child. If you are noise conscious, this this may not be the place for you. Beds are not great.

So much for kids to do. The arcade was fabulous! Our suite had ski storage lockers and everything you need from equipment to lift tickets to lessons is right outside’s de. Free shuttle into Busy Breck area for dinners.

A bathroom on the first floor of our condo would have been convenient, but not many complaints!

The condo was nicely furnished.

The room was very hot and we couldn’t get the temperature right. One bedroom slet with the windows open. We slept in the loft and had to use the fans we found in the closets. Two nights the fire alarm went off and wasn’t a real fire, but it took forever to get turned off.

My son LOVED the arcade! The arcade set the hotel apart from the others. We loved the pool and hot tub area. We used the pool table alot (should be free).

Nothing worth mentioning but one recommendation would be put long mirrors in the rooms so we can check ourselves out. ;-)
