The breakfast was nice. I loved their yogurt out the machine. I had a King one bedroom suite. It was spacious and my main reason for choosing was I like to have a way to keep leftovers and heat up meals in the room. The full kitchen was fabulous. The hotel it located right off of 25N/25S so getting around was super easy. There was restaurants, starbucks, grocery stores, cvs, shopping, close by.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel

The room was nice and had a separate couch for viewing TV. The fitness center was good as well. Breakfast was well prepared and lots of options. We also were given the choice of a ground floor room which we very much appreciated.

The fitness center weight machine was not working 100%.

The breakfast was excellent. The food was freshly prepared and varied slightly each day (one day scrambled eggs,another day omelets.) The kitchen was very clean.

I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed for repair, but I was not really there for vacation, so it wasaminor point.

Everything was great except when I called late at night about 11:00 pm the lady said they had no queen rooms just the King was left. And they was not offering any AAA discount at that time. Five minutes later I got on booking.com and booked a queen room for that night. The next day I asked if they was offering the AAA discount and they was and they gave it to me and adjusted my bill.

The staff, especially Josh who spent a fair amount of time guiding us into the hotel, and never lost his patience. He also gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

There was no printer for the PC's and no usb ports in the room.

The breakfast was filling and very good with its excellent variety. Our room was quiet and we slept well. As for location just off the I25 made, it was easy to find and close to all the amenities we needed.

I would be hard pressed to find something I didn't like.

The property was very nice and centrally located. The room was very comfy and clean and they had a little business area where you could use a printer. The breakfast was exceptional! The woman who makes the breakfast is a gem! Very friendly and clearly loves what she does. She was my favorite part. They had a nice lobby and place to eat in the morning. It’s a great hotel!

Our only complaint is that when we checked in there was an issue with our reservation and the person working was not friendly at all. I had a confirmation which she didn’t seem interested in seeing. When I explained that we had changed our reservation to arrive sooner than originally planned and told her when it was done, she immediately said that they were already booked at the time I made the change. I explained that when I made the change I was told we had gotten the the 2nd to last room available. The problem was eventually solved but there was no apology which would have gone a very long way. It’s just those little things that are so important. Other than our issue at check in, it was a great experience.

Everything was great. Unis, one of the desk clerks was outstanding. She helped me with various things during our 10 day stay. It was comfortable and had an amazing breakfast.

Transportation was motorcycle. Everything was clean. Needed a couple of things and was able to get a manicure kit from you for $5. Was appreciated that you didn't overcharge for a simple item. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion comes up.

Bette at the front desk was the best. Super helpful during our stay!

Air conditioning was very loud and kept turning on and off all night.
