Extended Stay America Suites - Colorado Springs - West

We left Days Inn in Colorado Springs due to dirtyness broken furniture appliance dirty grimy curtains carpet floors sinks hairdryer ripped from the wall holes in the wall broken sliding door handle no lock bad area. Door was been held closed by 2 sticks, no phone in the room, patio door couldnt close all the way it had air gaps you could feel and here the wind and noise coming thru But here at Extended Stay America suites it was like heaven people so nice everything clean and working safe area food was great too. Good location.

I really like the location to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. It took us 20 minutes to visit those places. There are many restaurants nearby. At night it was very quiet.

I did not like the fact I can hear my neighbors talking or walking since I was on the first floor. I like to sleep late but definitely could not do that. The walls are too thin. The sink in the bathroom was broken and outdated.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Their was confusion over my Booking.com purchase so this website should tell us to mention we booked here to staff. I was there for a funeral and staff was accommodating & kind. Thank you all!!!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities are very clean. Was able to cook in the unit. Very spacious.

Need to provide more items to cook with. A couple of pots would've been nice.

The Staff offered very good customer service. They also offered to have pets. I have a service dog & this is a place which I will keep in mind for future stays.

I wasn't informed about the location or the time frame of the breakfast time & what that looked like. They offered a free breakfast.

Clean, good value, should have asked for a king bed though. We were able to stream movies on our fire stick with enough data throughput on the free wifi.

One of the burners didn't work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom would bring the smell from other units into ours (cigarette smoke and cooking). The internet password (4 enteries) had to be refreshed every day on all device. TV size and location was not optimal.

I have been staying with / helping my elderly parents the last 5 months (both have multiple health issues). Your facility provided just what I needed to rest & revive (quiet room, A/C, microwave, refrig/freezer...).

I liked how friendly the staff were, the room was clean and when requesting items brought to the room service was fast.

I didn't like how much my bill increased after the pet deposit. I was told the deposit was $26 and my bill went up $75 😳.

Room set up worked well. I liked the kitchenette. Bathroom was a good size. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I liked seeing all the dogs.

Breakfast choices were very poor. Refrigerator never did cool very well(I forgot to mention it when I checked out). No exhaust fan in bathroom.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Kitchen appliances need some maintenance or repairs.
