Comfort Inn North Colorado Springs

We didn't have breakfast. I lived in Colorado Springs twice. We have always stayed at this Comfort Inn when we're getting settled into our houses. It's not easily accessible unless you're familiar with the area.

We were two 67 yr old friends who both had just had knee replacements. We had 2 small dogs. We were given a room in the middle of the 3rd floor. The elevators were not working so we had to go to the end of the hallways to get to the stairs. It made walking the dogs a little inconvenient. Your ice machine is basement level. Very inconvenient. The only pluses +++ were the clean room and fantastic, friendly front desk personnel.

We had to eventually head back home.

The breakfast was alright. Offered a little more than most hotels. The gal that checked us in was friendly and very kind. The room was cold so made for perfect nights rest. There were plenty of towels foe us all.

Took kids to pool and there were no towels provided to dry off BUT was able to request towel at front desk. I didn't like how far off the 25 the hotel was located but it was easy to find.

The breakfast was actually food. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit. The hot tub was working and nice. Pool is rather tiny though. The bed was comfy. Elevator was fast. Convenient location.

Would have been nice to have a smart TV. The room shape was rather odd at the doorway. The door was hard to close correctly without banging it loudly. Nothing was a big deal though.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and efficient. The property was set in a beautiful area which, even though it was close to freeway, was very quiet. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains. I can only imagine how beautiful this must be in the winter when the mountains are covered with snow. It was very close to friends and family we planned to visit. I would recommend your facility to all our friends and relatives.

all was good. we were not there very much. I brought my greatgrand kids to see their grandmother and we were gone most of the time. but the beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice and very helpful.

would have liked a larger pool and not so much chemicals in the hot tub but the kids had fun anyway

Close to everything, clean, everything was easy from check-in to check-out. My son loved the pool! Breakfast was well-laid out and the food areas were spotless.

Low ventilation in the room. Towels stayed damp, never dried. There was an incident with a person found sleeping in the laundry room all night. Overheard another guest telling the front desk, and sure enough they kicked her out with a blanket around her shoulders. Also a man with his two little ones seemed to be on property all afternoon and into the evenings. Kept seeing him standing in the hallways while his little ones appeared to play, outside in the back near the river - seeming only to be watching his kids? Maybe the spouse of a worker? He didn’t bother anyone, acted politely-but I found that strange as well.

The lady attendant in the dining area was better than any service attendant I have ever seen. She made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room has a nice view as advertised. This Comfort Inn reminded me of the first year Comfort Inn appeared, when it was so refreshingly wonderful.

Easy checkin. Clean and well maintained room. Comfy bed. Great exterior lighting for peace of mind that my vehicle was secure..Good breakfast.

Have to drive to get something to eat. They do have a good snack and nuke option for dinner. Highway traffic doesn't let up. Can't keep the windows open. Too noisy.

This hotel was amazing and such a godsend... All the staff were so nice and helpful and just so cheery and I love that.

It would be nice to have more outdoor sitting areas. A nice area for smokers away from the main entrance.
