The staffs are very accommodating & welcoming. She even helped us with our luggages to our room. I love the facilities, hot tub, pool & gym room. I just wish they offer a complimentary breakfast even if it’s only one time but not a biggy! We satisfied with the buffet though. Our room is spacious & clean. Thank you & hoping you offer a discount if ever we come back again.

I just wish there’s more room on a sink counter, it’s tad small for toiletries. I also noticed that there’s a sweaty smell in a bathroom, not sure if it’s coming from the curtain, it’s kinda a dump smell☹️. Other than that, everything’s good & we had a goodnight sleep, not much noise. Thank you & hope you can fix the problem.

Everything! We were in town for our sons wedding and just were sorry we had to stay 2 of the 4 nights at the venue instead of the Raddison. There was no comparison in comforts and staff and the other place was a lot more expensive! This place really pays attention to details. We needed a handicapped accessible room and honestly have never stayed in a more accessible room anywhere! Bathroom facilities were great and the room was large and easy to maneuver. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was quiet. Could tell room had been recently remodeled and that maintenance was paid attention to. But the absolute best thing we liked were the staff. Every single member was so accommodating we felt like royalty. They all consistently went above and beyond! The food was also fabulous. Had breakfast both days and it was excellent. Was so tired the first day I asked if we would be able to go up and get something to bring back and

The customer service was amazing. They attended to my every need thank you I appreciate you all.

One of the shower sliding doors was broken, and a reading light was broken. Duvets on both beds had little blood spots on them, but other than that, the stay was amazing. Also, the hotel should serve free breakfast in the mornings. That is all, though. Once again, I appreciate the kindness of the staff. Thank you.

I didn't eat breakfast, however, I ate in the restaurant. My meal was great. The bartender and chef were hysterically funny. Great service.

The first person that picked me up at the airport was very nice. The only suggestion I have is that he hop out of the vehicle to load the luggage and unload the luggage on both ends of the trip whether or not the guest could load it themselves.

The hotel was in a great location, was very clean and the front staff was EXCELLENT! I picked this hotel based on value and reviews and it certainly did not disappoint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

There was nothing that I did not really like. I did not get an opportunity to try the restaurant but that was very convenient as well. This is a really good hotel. I cannot think of anything negative to say.

We chose the Radisson because we had an early flight next morning. The free shuttle service was excellent, and Josh, our driver, was very helpful. The 24 hour tea/coffee service available in the dining area helped us get on our way in the morning!

The "adjustable" shower-head couldn't be adjusted to give a consistent comfortable shower. Needs replacing.

The establishment simply exceeded my expectations, especially for the value. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, including the hotel general manager. The room was larger than most locations I am used to. Super clean. The mattresses were comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again!

Door wouldn’t lock because strike plate was installed incorrectly. I removed it. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Roll in shower was great except radisson doesn’t understand the concept. The valve and hand held should be on back wall and reachable from the bench. For an amputee a second person had to turn it on and off. As a home builder and commercial contractor I speak from experience on all of these issues

Hotel room was good size. Front desk very quick to respond to my requests and very helpful. Pool and jacuzzi were great. People were very friendly. Perfect location for Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.

We had a couple of moths in our room. Other than that loved it.

Wonderful place there is a bar and restaurant inside and a cool airplane restaurant next door as well. If you are looking for a market to buy food the Safeway down the street has a great Starbucks inside and wonderful sushi. Its minutes to the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. We were upgraded to a suite for joining Radisson.. oh and central air! Love it!
