If you want a modern, sparkling, comfy hotel with excellent staff right off I-70 and near downtown THIS IS IT. The staff was efficient and friendly, the room was immaculate, the bed was excellent and the entire breakfast was well-prepared, opened early, and very tasty. We were in the center of Denver in 10 minutes (depends more on traffic than distance), and on the interstate in 3 minutes.

It is on the interstate. The facility has excellent soundproofing so noise was not a problem but it's not a pretty location. It's not within walking distance of Denver's center, but it is a very quick drive or Lyft ride. The TV at the foot of the bed didn't work and since we had already moved into the room, and because a second TV in a sitting area did work, we didn't complain or ask to be moved.

Staff was always very friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked the breakfast options available each morning, and the hotel in general felt safe. I never had to question my safety or any of the services provided.

There were a couple of run-down parts of the hotel, such as a few of the elevators not working with little to no warning. Other than that, overall the place was pretty well kept and we enjoyed our stay.

the staff was very nice and accommodating. we had a late flight and didn't arrive until after 1 a.m., but we were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

From the road, the hotel was easy to see, but it was a challenge to find the actual parking lot entrance.

The staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We were very impressed at the level of cleanliness. Very clean everywhere we looked. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The price was extra high due to many events going on in Denver that weekend. It makes it harder for us to travel or attend events when the room price goes up along with events.

This facility was amazing. The facility itself was extremely modern and clean. The rooms were large, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety, and the staff went the extra distance to be certain the trip was enjoyable and our every needs were met. I HIGHLY recommend this Best Western to anyone visiting the Denver area.

The only issue was getting to the facility. That would be a Denver problem not a Best Westrrn. Moving around the city and finding areas was very confusing. After a few days, however, we managed well.

Great, clean hotel. Close to an assortment of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, and a good variety. Pool was nice. Staff were super friendly and inviting.

Not a huge issue, but the block out blinds could have been better. They did not stop the outside light coming in via the sides, possibly too small for the window?

Huge room and so handy having a kitchen so that we could keep the cost of our trip down. The free breakfast was great as well.

The location wasn’t great for being able to walk out to amenities. Luckily we had a hire car, you couldn’t stay here without one.

The staff were amazing!!! Joanna really made us feel welcome and went out of her way to get us checked in early and help us any way she could. All staff were very accommodating. The laundry facilities were also really good and needed. This was our best stay of the whole trip.

There was nothing we didn't like

The hotel is exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet. The facility delivers great value for the price, from the comfortable room to the complimentary breakfast. I will definitely return.

the location is difficult to navigate to. I am familiar with the area and still found navigating to the hotel challenging. The location also keeps the area free of non-guest activity. Many dining options are in the vicinity. However, they must be driven to.

Everything! The breakfast is delicious and they vary the menu daily. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I had the best sleep in this hotel.

The location is a bit far from downtown. Just took an Uber, which is not too expensive.
