Home2 Suites By Hilton Denver Northfield

The room was amazing. I believe there was a remodel across all the locations because we booked a king bed and received 2 full. It's perfectly OK though. Our friends that stayed in the other home2 suites in Denver and had the same thing happen. The beds were a little hard for my taste but the room was great. Staff was incredible and friendly from the house keeping staff to the front desk. Everyone was friendly and helped in any way they could. The breakfast selection was great. They offered everything from waffles to breakfast sandwiches to cereal and oatmeal with all the fixings. Juices, milk coffee and tea were all offered as well. Overall this was a great hotel experience for myself and my family. Thank you so much Hilton and Home2 Suites.

The pillows were a big too soft and the bad was a bit to hard. These are personal preferences though.

David at the front desk was the absolute superstar of our stay! We were traveling with my son and his family (six of us all together), and his car died about 50 miles from the hotel. So I called the hotel to cancel the reservation bc we weren't sure we'd be able to get it running again in time... But David told us that he'd hold off on the cancelation in hopes that we'd be able to get there... And we did! Thank you, David, for saving our vacation!

Loved the room. The only thing missing was the linens for the hideaway sofa, but a quick trip to the front desk fixed us right up.

The room was very spacious and walking in to my name on the TV was a nice touch. The 24/7 convenience bar was also handy to have available. We enjoyed the clean hallways and room. The location was great for the sites we saw, nothing was typically further than 15-20 mins away.

It's not the hotel's fault, but the crime and break-ins had us a bit uneasy. I did however see that the hotel had security drive around and I also saw a few local patrol cars here and there in the parking lot. The breakfast left something to be desired, with the only fresh thing being the DIY waffles. They provided some Jimmy Dean sandwiches, but would've been nice to have platters of food for choosing.

Great and safe location ! Nice sized rooms for bigger families!! Very clean and well maintained. Free breafast with a few hot items to choose from like waffles, oatmeal and sausage biscuits. I was extremely impressed with the kitchen area since it included a larger than normal hotel fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, utensils and a few dishes.

The pool was a bit small for all the guests wanting to swim and there were no vending machines. However there were snacks and drinks that could be bought at the front.

Pretty good located, close both to the Airport and downtown Denver. The facilities look pretty new, spacious rooms, comfy bathroom. The parking lot is spacious and we did not have any problems at all to find a spot available Checking In and out was fast and easy A bonus, 10 minutes away from the Rocky mountain Arsenal national Wildlife refuge.

The complementary breakfast is just okay. The reception and entry seem to be a bit tinny but it works. Too many rooms on each straight corridor, it makes you think that the hotel will be super crowded but it did not ended up being that way

Size of the room was good, and we got a room on lower level that we requested due to mobility issues. Location was easy to find and close to shopping and eating. Breakfast was great! Kids enjoyed the pool. Also we felt secure in our stay.

Had trouble getting room cooled and to stay cool and comfortable, so made sleeping uncomfortable. Our view out our window was a brick wall. Office chair in room was very dirty, was Leary about sitting on it.

When I mentioned having a child in a wheelchair the staff upgraded our room to accessable Breakfast was awesome!

The towel rack was torn from the wall and then set back in place. When she put her hand on it, it fell and almost got her toes. We stayed in the same room a week later and it was barely hanging in again, but it fell out again as soon as it was touched. This is so minor, but needs fixed It didn't make me want to complain, it was great otherwise

Everything was excellent,I got to enjoy my coffe at the lobby area which was quite and relaxing,the breakfast started with my protein and fruits enough to start my day!!! the Laundry room helpful and the gym too!! I did not use the Pool because we were at the attractions in Denver all the time,it would have been enjoyable!! Well,7 days was not enough but the stayed at this property was excellent!!

The only complaint is about the pillows. they were too soft for me ,but is because I do need to have an elevation to rest,everybody else was fine.

Location was great. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and spacious. The gentleman at the desk who checked us out was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent.

Upon check in, the front desk clerk seemed a bit grumpy, like we were bothering him, but then lighted up. I was a little disappointed with that first impression.
