It was in such a cute location, staff was absolutely top notch, I’ve never been in a hotel that smelled so good! Pool area and balconies could use fresh paint, but every other aspect made you feel like you were at a high end 5star hotel. Will stay here again next year when traveling to Copper! Steven at checkin was fantastic and so welcoming to my family, who had been traveling 12 straight hours.

No free coffee only downfall. Have more luggage carts available.

The bed was way too hard Not in a firm way, but in a this feels like an old, cheap mattress way. The pillows were too soft and completely flat. The bathroom countertop was cracked, the shower door leaked all over the floor, there weren't enough towels, and the provided shampoo/conditioners had fallen off of the wall.

All staff members were congenial and helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. My room was quiet and the food was delicious.

Snacks such as nuts and chips were available in the gift shop but unavailable when the gift shop was closed.

I like the mountain view from the balcony and also the bathroom and especially the shower with two shower heads that was very nice. The room was very large and accommodating and the bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that they made the room up only every 2 to 3 days and I was shocked at the fact that there was no in room dining services.

the view of Denver and the mountains were amazing. Rick at the front counter was very knowledgeable and helpful upon arrival. the morning barista was very polite and accommodating.

food and beverage manager was rude to us after the restaurant made a mistake with our meals. she gave us an attitude as if it were our fault they didn’t make what we ordered. we didn’t want a free meal, just the actual meal we accurately ordered. instead we were given the wrong items and an attitude. feel bad for the server, he has to work with her. it made our trips near the restaurant awkward and kept us from using the bar/restaurant for the duration of our trip.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room and bathroom. Loved the big shower with different shower heads, and awesome bath products! All areas were very clean and well maintained. Nice restaurant with very good breakfast ( get the smoked salmon avocado toast and the French toast!!!), very nice servers, and good coffee! The lounge was well appointed with comfy seating, fireplaces, TV, and our bartender was so nice! He made us a special Mai Tai that rocked!

Our balcony had a view of the ac/heating units (some lattice, and potted plants, on the room side could easily block this unappealing view), and there was some garbage. The garbage didn't appear to have been there too long, it's probably been picked up by now, considering how well kept the property is. This is nothing that will prevent our return!

The room clean and nice sized, the only thing lacking were the linens. The linens were clean and fresh but of a lesser quality than I would have liked, they were a bit on the rough side. The shower was very large and accommodating and the Aveda hair products were a very nice touch.

While it wasn't a huge deal we were given a card with breakfast and dinner times, from the way it was presented we thought it was part of our stay. When we went down for breakfast the next morning we were told it wasn't part of our stay, again it was no big deal but just a wee bit frustrating.

Very modern and neat hotel .super nice and modern gym .rooms r nice and clean Balconies r a plus , though a bit dated and dirty. New showers r awesome but if u get an old room bathtub and shower is dated. . Overall. Price was good. Def a 4 star hotel. Also 50 bux a night deposit staff was great. Ask for mountain view or west side. They let us move. Otherwise u r facing the highway and hear the traffic

Very Cold and drafty in bar area. Three seats at bar. no volume on TV or any music.and all CNN news. Nice lobby area but nothing to do in bar area. Food in buffet is pricey for breakfast .but it is a hotel I guess.

I really enjoyed everything about this place! So clean and luxurious feel for a good price. The front helped us out with check in and getting a parking lot was incredibly helpful. There was also a breakfast option but we didn't get it. I'm sure it would have been great.

I don't think there is anything I didn't like about this place. Genuinely, amazing. I believe we got a good deal using booking.com so it felt like such a great deal. We thanked the hotel staff before leaving for such a great experience.
