The location was great. The breakfast and hours were good and the kickback with popcorn making the lobby smell good in afternoon was welcomed. The shower heads are awesome! All staff was kind and welcoming. I could select my room cleaning days. I could get extra towels at the front desk without going back to my room and waiting for housekeeping. The room was clean. Free parking!

The freeway traffic some nights was bad. I do not think the hotel can do much about that. The queen beds could use four pillows. One at least being a little more firm. The toiletpaper/kleenix is too scratchy and thin I went out and bought my own. Breakfast some variety throughout the week like hard boiled eggs, breakfast burrito etc for those that stay a week or more. Kickback hot dogs should be cooked a little longer.

My girls and I loved the pool and hot tub. The room was nice. The bathroom was large. Breakfast was good. We would have enjoyed the snacks and happy hour but the timing didn't work for us on this trip.

The privacy lock was loose enough on our room door that on our first day the lock "fell" into the locked position when we left our room for dinner. When we returned later in the evening, it took quite a bit to get the door unlocked, and the front desk person was unsure she would be able to at all. This is something that should be fixed if it happens often. Pretty worrisome for a mom with 2 young daughters at 11 pm.

Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was so convenient. Hot and delicious food. Extremely clean rooms, comfy beds, extremely friendly staff. Great location. What more could you ask for?

I would have liked a heavier comforter, but the bed was definitely super comfy. Upon telling the front desk about my preference for a heavier comforter, they immediately provided me with a heavy fleece blanet to take to my room, and they even showed up with extra pillows too, and all delivered with a genuine smile. Just amazing.

Staff was friendly. We were looking forward to the availability of breakfast, snacks, and happy hour. Location was near shopping and restaurants. It was convenient for us. We have stayed at this location multiple times in past years.

Food could have been a little more varied. Would have appreciated bacon some mornings instead of sausage every day. Evening happy hour could have offered a little more variety (we were there 5 days). Wine and alcohol was a nice touch, however, it tasted like the very lowest quality and we only had a drink one night. We felt like the price was high considering we were unable to access much of the food/happy hour products. That said, it may just be us because two of us have gluten allergies and that makes it difficult.

We traveled to Denver CO, so we could take our son to children’s hospital, we’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and my kids absolutely love staying at the Drury Inn so we went there to stay while being there for my sons appointments , the staff are amazing they have a beautiful indoor/out door pool and they give you 3 alcoholic drinks each night FREE so we enjoyed our drinks while watching our kids have a blast swimming. The hotel was clean beds were super comfortable and they have a free breakfast and each evening they have like a small little dinner they serve between 5-7 pm also free ! We will always use this place for all are visits to Denver ! And the hotel rates were affordable with everything they offer !

Check-in was fast and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the breakfast, dinner, snacks and drinks. We were treated like family, we were greeted every morning and evening when we returned. Can easily see why it was busy with guests, they were enjoying themselves in the common areas, and enjoying their stay as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Very minor issues that would not hinder me staying there again. It may have been a cleaning product error. The carpet had a funky “wet” like feeling in the room, had to wear shoes at all times. Dining area tile was sticky everyday.

The indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi was awesome. I loved being able to swim from outside to inside and then jump in the hot jacuzzi when it gets chilly out. The free happy hour food and drinks were awesome and the breakfast was great too. Everyone is focused on having fun and enjoying their time. The staff was kind and laid back too.

Check in isn't until 4pm although they did allow us to check in early since our room was ready when we arrived at 3. Breakfast ended at 9:30, which seemed a bit early as well.

Alice and young man, hmm, Brian? He cleaned windows, worked in kitchen area, dark hair, anyway they are excellent employees and real ambassadors for your company. Room great size, great evening perk with the snacks and drink after along day of site seeing.

The traffic noise from the freeway. That’s the only con otherwise for 5 nights I will book directly through you next time for the possible points to a free nite. Love that idea

I was surprised at the complimentary dinner that was offered; fully did not expect that. The breakfast was better than most breakfasts offered at hotels with "breakfast included". The pool amenities were much enjoyed by our boys, and the proximity to the fitness room was nice, especially the window that opened to the pool (easy to keep an eye on the kids).

It would have been more convenient for us to have breakfast starting at 6 AM. The fitness center was not as well equipped as some I have seen, but that is certainly not a deal-breaker. The location worked for us as we were going to Dick's Sporting Goods Park, but otherwise, it is not terribly convenient, especially with respect to getting to downtown Denver and access to the light rail system.

The breakfast was good, and we weren't expecting dinner. It was ok for what it was. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room key didn't work as well as it should have. It kept getting deactivated for some reason. I honestly wasn't impressed with the mattress. My back was very sore before we arrived, and the mattress felt lumpy. I ended up laying the pillows length-wise under my body and sleeping on them. I am a bit of a diva when it comes to mattresses though. My husband thought it was fine. So there's that....
