Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park

Nice room with courtyard location and everything clean and very quiet. Didn't use the breakfast, but there is a small cafe downstairs in the hotel with various offers. The hotel is a short 20-minute walk from the nearest train line, which takes 15 minutes to downtown or 30 minutes to the airport. Walmart and several other shopping stores within walking distance.

In the evening/at night I recommend to use Uber or something similar, because it is a bit scary in the area and there are all kinds of homeless people in the neighborhood. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Everything else was good. I arrived in the evening and a gentleman by the name Tony assisted me. He was awsome. Great exceptional customer service. Very nice and informative as it was my 1st time in Denver. I missed the Bistro attendants name but she was great too.

Parking was limited and a bit confusing to locate. The sign off the freeway wasn't lit up and with construction a bit difficult to see.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and we appreciated the cookies at the front desk. The parking lot felt very safe. Our room was a nice size and very clean.

The pillows on the bed were extremely flat and uncomfortable. We couldn't get the sofa bed to pull out; it seemed to be stuck or maybe broken? There were about 5 large moths in our room. The elevator doors seemed to have a problem closing sometimes.

Very friendly staff! May have been short handed but the customer service was fantastic. Very cute and comfortable rooms. Loved the outside doors in the rooms! I wish they mentioned that the pool was closed because that was part of why I picked this place but I still enjoyed the stay!

I just wish there was a way for them to post on site that their indoor pool was closed.

Clean, up to date and nice rooms! Nice large TV, quiet, nice shower. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable even when having to work New Years Eve and Day!

Disappointed the bar and hot breakfast wasn't open. We did receive a refund for breakfast since we paid for it. Beds were decent but a little firmer than I like. Location is a little tough to get to.

While the facility was under construction and there were some moths in the rooms, the service and general friendliness of the staff made for an exceptional experience in spite of it all! What GREAT people

I got stranded in Denver Colorado because of thunder storms. This was the cheapest hotel I could find at 11 pm because of all the displaced travelers. When I arrived I was greeted by wonderful staff. So friendly and caring about my flight being canceled. The next morning I went to the Bistro for breakfast. One again the staff was so wonderful. They suggested I take A train to downtown Denver and explore. I’m so happy I did. I walked to the train station but I should have taken a taxi like they suggested. It wasn’t the best area to walk through. I was trying to save money. I really enjoyed walking around the downtown area.

My stop wasn’t planned so i didn’t get to enjoy the facility

We booked four rooms for ourselves and our older children, both the King with sofa and double Queen rooms were comfortable, clean and we loved the decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable (to the extent that I would like to know what kind they are and have one in my home) the property is lovely and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed our conversation with the sweet lady who helped us at the breakfast bar and hope that she is on duty the next time we stay ❤

There was a miscommunication regarding use of the pool and our children were disappointed to not be able to use it and the evening staff left a little to be desired in the area of communication. However, the GM Jerome took care of the issue 110% and we will be using this location for any of our future Denvers stays. Their level of customer service and desire to make things right went above and beyond anything I could have expected.

Great location and value, nice patio, clean pool.

Front desk was unwilling to check us in around 12 even though we had a 1 o'clock reservation we had to get to. We ended up having to cancel the reservation to wait around until almost 2 to check in. But their check in policy was 3 so I guess I can't be too upset.
