Irene and Haley were so awesome! Haley worked hard to get us a room when we came in a day earlier than our reservation. She was friendly and sweet and so helpful. Irene was also awesome. She got us checked into our reserved room efficiently and was so accommodating. My daughter and I stood aside while a rude guest complained about everything under the sun, including her leg rash and the goat head stickers outside (a nasty prickery weed that is horribly invasive and impossible to get rid of in this region.) Irene was completely professional and even offered to do the lady's laundry and offered her a refund to no avail. The lady was miserable in life and nothing could have made her happy. Great staff!

We really would have liked to have WIFI. It apparently has been down for weeks and Irene has gone above and beyond to remedy it without any results.

Breakfast (If that’s what you want to call it?) was a waffle from a waffle maker. No cereal or eggs? Very poor “breakfast” especially if you’re paying over 100 a night with another 100 deposit. Location seems to be a very nice place at one time. It’s kind of dangerous now.

The front desk guy, young Indian man. He was very bitter and rude. That always makes the stay awkward. Need more smiling faces.

The inside was nice room was clean. Outside needs lots of work, overflowing trash cans,trash not in cans but all over the parking lot and just outside of doors to hotel. People just don't care anymore.

The room and staff were very nice. Location was excellent.

Greeted very friendly staff. Breakfast was available and accepted for the price. Wifi was available. Very friendly guests. Room was clean and well kept for the price.

We arrived an hour after the time we said we would arrive due to a snow storm and an accident on the I70. The desk clerk greeted us like she knew us. She said she was worried about us since it was after our arrival time. She said she was about to call us. She was so pleasant and nice. Her conversation and pleasantness helped relieve some stress.

I was disappointed there was no breakfast offered. That should have been noted on the website or when booking. We had planned on not having to buy breakfast.

The shower had some mold and it looked grungy but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean

I was very impressed by the pet potty area. It was accessible, neat and set up well. The fact that tere were poo bags available and a receptacle to leave them in is something I've never seen at a motel.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was marginal. Fresh fruit, yogurt juices were good. Pop tarts? Ran out of coffee early.

Breakfast definitely can be improved. Room was clean and quiet. Pillows were very small.
