My room was clean and once I figured out the thermostat the room stayed nice and cool. Breakfast was wonderful both days we were there. Parking was convenient and plentiful even though the hotel was almost sold out.

Front desk told us our room was not ready when we got here at 330 as there was a power outage in the morning. They said they would call us when our room was ready. We watched 6 other guests get checked in before we asked about our room an hour later to which the answer was yes, but we never got a call.

Breakfast is very nice array of typical breakfast food. Breakfast area is very nice, with big windows, nice light, various seating arrangements.

The lobby and elevator cleanliness could use a bit more effort . The chain restaurants near by close at 8:00 PM which was early for us. Had to drive somewhere to get dinner. The room radio clock was an hour off which we didn't notice soon enough. These are not biggies. It is a nicely furnished, quiet location, with parking on all sides of the building

I liked the cleanliness and the location as well as the friendliness of the staff the first night (woman). I liked that coffee, tea and water were always available.

I thought it was outrageous that the staff was rude to someone trying to enter on Sunday who was a birding guide who was not staying an additional day so no longer had a key card. We couldn't have a convention without our guides! When hosting conventions, there should be privileges for the business we are bringing in. I did not have breakfast as we were part of the birding convention that our group hosted. When hosting that many birders with our early morning departures, it would be nice for the staff to offer granola bars.

The bedding smelled fresh and clean, beds we comfy.

Our room was next to elevator(220) so every few minutes was an annoying sound. While the room was surface clean, it needed a heavy cleaning. Table top and lamps were sticky to touch. It is an older hotel and is def showing its age.

the location was great, it was clean, breakfast was included. I liked that the property remains locked 24/7 and you need a key to enter or the staff start to recognize you and open the doors for you. breakfast was great and changed up the two days I was there! it was a hot and cold breakfast with some variety each day.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was pretty decent. This was my first Hilton brand hotel I’ve stayed at and I love how easy it was to check in and get my room and relax after hours of traveling. thank you guys!! xo

the hot tub was maybe a little dirty but that’s okay because it felt good and was much needed! nothing a shower can’t fix

Room was good size for family.

Pillows were horrible and mattress on sofa was very thin and you could feel the springs. It was not comfortable at all. Staff member was very rude!

The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

We really wanted adjoining rooms. They could not accommodate that. We ended up being 4 doors away. It worked out because we were adults. Would have been a struggle if I had traveled with my children.

I was pleasantly surprised by the property. It is an older property but was well maintained and the rooms were clean and spacious. Even though it was quite full, it was very quiet, which is very important to me.

There was really nothing I didn't like.

Location is great, hotel is very clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing major to complain about. If I had to nitpick, the water pressure in the shower isn’t great and the pillows are lumpy.
