The service was good.

The first room. I was given, smelled like dogs had been in the room. The odor was bad. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. I was immediately given a different room, which had a cleaner smell. The doors outside and inside of the rooms need to be cleaned. The bed was too soft for me. The face cloth had yellow stains on it. Overall the stay was nice for 2 night.

The bed was very comfortable, and one of the main reasons I chose this location. Many reviews mentioned that the beds were comfortable, and it didn't disappoint. Room was spacious, and clean, and bright. Loved the switch next to the bed to turn off the main lights.

The hallways could stand a vacuum. Didn't eat breakfast there, so I couldn't comment on what that was like.

Excellent location. Comfy beds, but no hot foods, except for waffles. Only one person working both the front desk and the breakfast area, so I had difficulty finding someone to pay for an item from the pantry area. However, once I found her, she was so kind.

It would have been nice to have hot foods. The heated containers were there with no food in them.🙁

Accommodations were good, a jacuzzi would have made it better.

Booking.com screwed up our reservations, the pricing didn't match what I reserved and printed out. Still need to resolve the issue. Hear from other and have experienced that booking.com is difficult to deal with and it's their least favorite travel app.

The handicapped bathroom was exceptually configured,

The free Breakfast. Bagels, Bread, Cold cereal. and juice is the smallest cups possible. No lid for the juice, Makes it hard to take my wife's breakfast back to our room, The waffle are was a mess! burned waffle mix on the maker, waffle mix spilled on the counter, I.ve stayed in many a establishment. and even the cheap ones have a few sausages, and some loose scrambled eggs and toast. I'll stay there again but I'll eat breakfast at the village inn next door!

The staff accommodated us with a rollaway bed. The rollaway broke on us, but we made dew with using the mattress on the floor. The room was ready on time, and clean. The location was ideal for what we needed.

The rollaway bed broke on us. When we booked the room, we booked with 2 adults and 2 kids and reserved the King Suite, but the reservations shows only 1 kid and we got the smaller suite.

The room was spacious and comfy, and the breakfast was good also. The price was good compared to other hotels with similar ratings around the area. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times while visiting family in pueblo, so we like it a lot.

The only complaint I have is the parking. It's a tiny bit sketch. This time, we got lucky and were able to park right in front of our window all but 1 night. The 1 night we didn't park in front of the window, the valve caps got stolen off my tires.

Lovely clean large room and a lovely restaurant and shop opposite which is a must visit when staying here, went for dinner and again in the morning for breakfast.

Breakfast too early and a bit untidy in the halls and staircases.

Allowed my pet to stay free. Rooms were very spacious.

I had requested adjoining rooms but had to be separate from the family. It all worked out in the end. The bottoms rooms did smell a little funky. We choose to stay on the 2nd floor and had no issues

Breakfast good. I was impressed with the little perks in the room. Loved the décor. Cute touches with the hidden coffee maker and the more decorative writing desk.. Compared to the higher priced hotels you were much nicer at a more reasonable price. So many pillows! I traveled with my friend to CO Springs my then came to Pueblo alone to visit my brother and his girlfriend. I wanted safety and cleanliness. You were the very best choice I could have made. My husband and I will definitely be looking to support this chain of hotels. Thanks so much! PS: loved that you allow pets, I had one at home I was missing, good to see the little pets so welcome at your facility. Loved the sweet lady at the desk. All in all didn’t mind paying the fair price.❤️
