Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager came and at first couldn't smell it. We were quickly upgraded to a suite just a couple of doors down. I don't know what would have happened if he had not finally been able to smell it, near the bathroom where they had tried to hide it with the vent fan. I could smell it in the whole room. Our suite was very nice-much larger, had a couch and kitchen area.

I didn't like that the maid apparently couldn't smell it, but perhaps I am particularly sensitive.

The Gentleman that was working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I think his name was Louise. Great customer service and very helpful. He needs a raise for sure. Working the graveyard shift isn't always the best but he does it very well.

The water was cold we all had to take cold showers and it wasn't very pleasant

beds are super comfy rooms are clean. breakfast was good and staff was very pleasant.

no trash cans in room other than the one in the bathroom. pool was only halfway filled the first night and super cold and the second day it was filled but still way too cold for anybody in their right minds to swim in specially with kids. defeats the purpose of having an indoor pool.

Location is nice, just off the interstate. Everything was clean, bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, the A/C and heat both worked well, good breakfast options, very kind staff, good WiFi. There was a little nook with a desk, computer and chairs on the second floor to do some work if needed.

This was a very nice suite with lots of room and plenty of seating along with a good-sized refrigerator.

The breakfast was not terribly good. I would have liked some hot cereal.

Thank you, our stay was great on such short notice of a death in the family travelingfrom out of town. To have a nice place to stay with all the amenities to be open as the website says is amazing and the great staff and cleanliness.

Great location and excellent breakfast! Also, staff was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable.

The bed was a bit high, but once I climbed in it was very comfortable.

The room was very nice and clean. Would recommend again. Good prices.

Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about.

Pillows are too hard. The room was near the ice machine and noisy. I would have liked a dark curtain to block the light from the window
