Super 8 by Wyndham Pueblo

Our room was great! Comfortable, clean, relaxing. We will stay here again. The pool area was under construction, but it is nice to see that it is nice to see that it was getting renewed.

The newly installed hairdryer didn't work or maybe it was an operater problem. I could not figure out how to turn it on.

It was convenient to where we were and they are remodeling so had great room

There was a dog next door that barked. People that didn't have handicap stickers were parked in the spots. They need to patrol that better.

Everything else was great. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the check in, comfort, parking is good for us, and good for our traveling service companions.

At the end of our stay, after asking for a late check out, while we were loading and packing the same lady harassed me and my wife 3 different times, after entering our room and seeing we stripped the beds, arranged the room for easy clean up, and witnessed bags packed by the door. She harassed my wife, likely bc she felt it was easier to. We spend 3 weeks of the month on the road and this house keeping supervisor might have been doing her job, but kindness and friendliness goes a lot further.

Like the large bed the cleanliness refrigerator ice machine all work very good

Reception grill didn't know how to use the debit card correctly. She declined my credit card three times. My credit card told me it was declined because she kept putting in the wrong expiration date. I had to go to a bank to get the money to pay for the room.

Did not have room I booked had to take a different room said it was booking.coms falt been using the booking site for several years first time I've been told that I would guess that they give my room away because I arrived after 9 pm would not be first time that has happened

Was good except for price if stay, and no breakfast.

Very expensive just like everyone and everywhere else squeezing every penny they can from the consumer. Very few items for the so called breakfast, more like a few snacks. Par for the course, charge more, then get less.

The room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The hot tub is foamy, or sudsy. A hot tub is not supposed to be full of foam. The chemicals are not being maintained. The parking lot has some large holes.

refrigerator and microwave perfect for extended stay. Staff EXTREMELY helpful

TRUCKS took up multiple parking spaces (4-5 parking sideways) making parking difficult at times

The Wi-Fi was easy to get on and was fast. I had a easy chair and ottoman and even a desk to get some work done.

I am getting a little tired of the excuse of covid for not providing the breakfast when restaurants and everything else are functioning normal.
